Great Birthday weekend
Pros:

That I could walk to restaurants,bars and of course the boardwalk! Great location with parking! Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a great start to my morning! The beat part is I got to see dolphins from the balcony on my birthday!

View was good.

Cons:

They had a seminar or something and there were no parking spaces for the customers that actually paid to have a room. Parking is not big enough anyway. Parking spots are too small. The queen rooms need a table for at least 2 to sit at to have a place to eat take out. There should be a free continental breakfast. Staff didn't care that there was no parking for the customers that paid to have a room there. Construction is STILL going on for years now.

Amazing location, good view of the ocean/sunrise. good service and friendly staff during check in.
Pros:

Amazing view of the beach, and you can't miss the mesmerizing sunrise in the morning. hotel location is one of the best. the rooms are so spacious clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast offered, long waiting for the elevators due to the ongoing renovations.

I enjoyed staying on the boardwalk where everything was accessible.

It was very pleasant and beautiful view of the ocean.
Pros:

The location is ideal as it was right on the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds super comfortable. I would recommend this place.

Cons:

They didn’t have bottled water in the rooms. It would be more convenient to have bottles of water in the room or access to filtered water for coffee and drinking. Parking was also limited if you leave in the afternoon you have a low probability of finding parking when you get back there in the evenings.

Could stay in a condo for a week for the price of this place for couple days.
Pros:

View was great. Location was great.

Cons:

The balcony door would stick. I could not open or close. My husband had to strain to do it. They should really have a coffee bar for breakfast and Starbucks should be open more. It had limited hours and selections.

Cleanliness of the workout room was terrible. Additionally, the pool area was clean and towels were well stocked, but the pool itself was not clean.

Great overall stay!
Pros:

We had a very good stay. Allie at check in was great! Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. We were on the 9th floor and the view was spectacular.

Cons:

The drain in the sink was slow and I believe it was leaking. There was water on the floor by the bathroom door. It was not a major problem and did not detract from our stay. I told the front desk on check out and they said they would address the problem. There was some construction going on and it was a little loud, but they didn't start to about 9AM.
