Right on the beach, ocean view room, room smelled clean , no musty odor or mildew , pool towels available,

Cons:

No coffee served except whatever is in the room or Starbucks in the lobby for purchase. Breakfast a la carte for a fee, no microwave in room just in hallways, tv in room was very dusty so were window seals on the inside, bathroom could gave been little cleaner. Water in outdoor pool freezing ut was close to 90 degrees outside , only cold water in showers by the pool, terrible luggage carts

Very clean hotel. Little pricy. Great view! 😊
Pros:

Beach front,clean, nice pool. Rooms were nice size.

Cons:

Elevators were on Fritz. 20.00
A day to park. ( it was refunded when we left). Carnival next door during peak season that does not close down til 10 pm so was a lil noisy.

Everything was good except breakfast and the elevator being out of service
Pros:

Breakfast was all microwave food. Not too good

Cons:

One of the elevators was not working. Sometimes it was a 10 minute wait. Then it stopped at every floor. I would have used the stars, but I was on the 8th floor.

Staff was very nice, love everything about the place.
Pros:

The ocean view, the quietest, the balcony was awesome. Just being to sit on balcony and and listen to the ocean. I could sit and enjoy the pool also, just an awesome place to stay and walk everywhere you wanted to go down the broad walk. We will be back.just

Cons:

If both elevators was working, but sometimes things happen. We still enjoyed ourselves.

When leaving 30 minutes for elevator. Your staff rude. My husband told man not shove me again.
Pros:

The facility & location are very good. Our room was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival the front desk staff was rude & not helpful at all. No carts available for our luggage & he basically said well you are on your own. We carried our own, waiting the 3 or 4 times on the elevator since there was only ONE working. I have no clue where the bistro was that was advertised.

Pros:

Good location, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay there again unless the issue with the elevator is not resolved which I put that in the "what I didn't like' question.

Cons:

There were only two elevators and one was out the whole time we were there and apparently this elevator has been out for 4-5 months per staff. There was not even a service elevator and the cleaning staff had to use the elevator with the guests. Most of the time they were courteous and did not get on the elevator, they waited for the next one which I am sure put them behind schedule and taking care of guests request.
