Fix the elevator wort part of my stay

staff not so friendly and only 1 elevator worked causing us to take the stairs as wait was long,also stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned room

The elevators were down and we had to lug everything up the steps and we were on the 7th floor. My room was not ready at 4.. had to wait 3 hours to check in!

the elevator was broken every night until the day we left. they put us on the 10th floor. we had to walk 10 flights every time we wanted to leave and it dramatically affected our stay because we had to plan around it. they don't have a continental breakfast either, despite claims that they do. what they have is a commissary that you can buy stuff from. the hotel was filthy because the elevator didn't work and housekeeping couldn't make its rounds. also, when sitting ANYWHERE on the back patio ur gonna get splashed by AC water dripping down all of the balconies. they even have the audacity to set out chairs and patios as if anybody is OK with getting sprinkled on by scummy patio water.

T Only one elevator worked then no elevator worked had too walk up eight flights of stairs! Was not told that we had to take out our own trash every day and we had to go get our own towels and wash cloths each day!!!! 5day no maid service at all!!! Ask for a coffee cup for in room coffee and it was sent up by staff 2 hours later,he stood there wanting a tip? Have not got our incidentals ($80) back on our credit card… we didn’t charge anything to the room or take anything!

Immediately upon arrival we were told that the room was not ready and we were told that they would call us when it was ready. We waited two hours in a hot lobby for our room.

Common areas dirty, only one of two elevators working, delayed in checking in.

My question is: why is only one elevator in service? This is extremely inconvenient!! We as in many other customers, paid too much money for this inconvenience!

Even though we had reservations we could not get into our room two hours late. The room we did get was next to the carnival which was very loud and bright with lights.

Elevator was out. Not the facilities fault. But some guest were rude. I rode a scooter. some let me on others blocked my entry and got on themselves. Even if I were there long before them and had given up my spot for others. Staff were sympathetic and apologized.

They didn’t greet us at our arrival! No smiles, no small talk. Never greeted us the whole time we stayed. Only the janitors were always friendly. One of the elevator didn’t work and was supposedly not working for weeks. It would take up to 10 minutes to make it down to the main floor from the 4th floor!
We paid to have breakfast included only to find out that breakfast consisted of a pastry or a bagel with one drink. Also, one of the supervisors complained about us “voucher carriers” because we were not “making them money”! The place was not clean!

Check-in was very backed up and very late because rooms were not ready. I believe they were way short on staff to handle the number of bookings for that day. Only one operational elevator for a whole lot of people including the staff. I Understand it has been out for a long time. We, both of us, had to make 3 trips to bring in our luggage because no carts were available even at 6:30 pm on Sunday when we checked in. That took forever with only one elevator. We stayed 3 nights and staff did not come to room at all to replenish towels and empty trash until the 3rd day when we asked at the desk. Even then they did not replenish the coffee.

Employees where having a loud discussion in am in hallway by my room and lady working in the bistro didn't had the best actitud.

Only one elevator worked. Pool was filthy. Did not swim in it.
It appeared they were understaffed and the staff that was working was taxed.
The few days we were staying was not worth the price of the room. I have been to this hotel in the past and it was not
like this.
