Die gefälschten Fotos auf die wir reingefallen sind

Alles, Katastrophaler Zustand. Wir hatten ein Apartment im 3 OG. Zustand der Zimmer waren sehr schlecht, Betten hatten Flecken, Bad mit Schimmel. Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht und als wir in das Apartment rein gegangen sind,stellten wir fest das nur 1x Handtücher bereit gestellt wurden( haben uns dann in der Lobby noch welche geben lassen).

Die Küche ist die OBER KATASTROPHE, weder BESTECK oder Wasserkocher oder ein Topf vorhanden. Für 4 Personen waren 2 Tassen 1 Glas und 2 Teller vorhanden!!! ALLES ist sehr abgenutzt und sieht Schrecklich aus. Der gesamte Fußboden ist aufgequollen, sodass cm Dicke spalten Fugen entstanden sind. Die Bilder die bei Booking zu finden sind, sind entweder 20 Jahre alt oder KI genererirt, denn Sie entsprechen nicht dem Ist Zustand Die Lautstärke ist trotz geschlossenen Fenster sehr sehr laut. Wir sind nach einer statt 3 Nächten in ein anderes Hotel gegangen.

A great place if you're looking for a place to sleep and a good adventuring jumping off point.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to the convention center and in the heart of Polanco, lots of great attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk. I LOVED being able to walk to high end shopping, restaurants and the Soumaya art museum. There was hot water in the shower (though not in the bathroom sink), the bathroom and bedrooms were clean, I appreciate that there is someone at the front desk 24/7. Lots of cute cafes and green spaces nearby.

Cons:

Traffic sounds at all hours of the day and night are very loud. There is a closeable window, but it's single paned and even with the windows closed it was still very loud. There was also a lot of light that seeped through the blinds, so if you're light or noise sensitive this would not be the place for you. The beds felt and smelled neutral if not quite clean, though there was some hair on the floor in the living room that told me that the living/kitchen space might not have been the most well cleaned. But the bedrooms felt good and I am very pleased by that.
The beds were also VERY hard (but this is normal in Mexico and every single hotel I've ever stayed at in Mexico City).

Te recomiendo que jamás reserves en este remedo de hotel!

La gente de Polanco cree que por poner 3 tabla rocas y dividir espacios, se convierten en hoteleros

El inmueble es viejo y es visible el desgaste del edificio. Las toallas viejas también, solo un jabón para manos y cuerpo y poco papel de baño.
