Pros:

Bästa hotellfrukosten man kan önska sig. Toppen

Cons:

Två hissar för fyra personer per hiss och en var nästan trasig hela tiden. Så det var mycket gående i trappor, bra för hälsan.
Duschen var rent farlig, ställde in den på lagom och rätt som det var blev det skollhett, men det har det varit i alla de tre säsongerna jag varit där,det får dom nog ingen ordning på.

Chic stylish modern refurb, clean, good food, AMAZING staff.
Pros:

Lovely pools, lovely breakfast and dinner- fresh and good selection.
Great location near port, beach, and super close to airport and great direct bus links to Palms City and Airport.

ALL the staff are wonderful- shout out to Jaime night reception, Begoña, Elena, Jumi, but to be honest ALL staff were wonderful- cleaners and kitchen staff work especially hard! Sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names. Nothing is too much for these staff- 5 star treatment and services with 4 star prices.

Cons:

We were on fourth floor and one night we had a huge flying cockroach in the room landing on my sleeping daughters head. I understand it’s summer and it was dealt with swiftly but it is unusual to have one so high up in a building and therefore would recommend they use product on all the rooms, plumbing, vents etc as it was unpleasant.

L'EMPLACEMENT UNIQUEMENT à la limite est bien tout le reste une blague !!!!

La chambre ne disposait pas d'eau chaude, j'ai du me doucher pendant 4 jours à l'eau froide qui coulait à peine. Ma fille de 8 ans à pleuré car le soir en rentrant j'ai du la laver sous un petit jet d'eau gelé. J'ai signalé le souci à plusieurs reprises rien n'a été fait..... L'hôtel ne prend même pas la peine de répondre à mes messages.
Sans parler des photos qui ont étés changés juste 2-3 jours avant mon arrivé. Au moment de la réservation ça n'avait rien à voir aux photos de l'arrivée.
Oui il à été rénové mais plus a cacher les misères qu'autre chose. On m'a montré une magnifique piscine en photo à l'arrivé c'est un bassin pour 3 Personnes max, la piscine avec carreaux rouges horrible de l'autre côté...
Une première déception sur booking.com malgré de très nombreuses réservations, je n'ai jamais eu de soucis sur cette plateforme mais la cet hôtel c'est juste une grosse arnaque !!!!!

A welcome rest
Pros:

After. Getting stranded in Palma late on Sunday night, we found this place during high season and were able to have a fairly decent price.

Cons:

The pool was only okay and CLOSED at 6pm. Booo

Goed, dichtbij de luchthaven, dat was voor ons de bedoeling
Pros:

Voor 1 nachtje prima locatie omdat we vroeg naar de luchthaven moesten, zeer vriendelijk personeel en prima service/kamers/zwembad , en een leuke bar met terras , er was zelfs een optreden.
Verder daar van de omgeving niet veel gezien.

Kan niks bedenken.

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr moderne, saubere Zimmern mit Blick auf das Meer in der obersten Etage und insgesamt stilvolle Einrichtung. Ideale Lage für eine Mischung aus Strandurlaub (5 Minuten Fußweg) und Städtetrip (mit dem Bus circa 15 Minuten bis nach Palma).
Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Schöner Pool mit bequemen Liegen.
Der Fahrstuhl ist zwar klein und einer ist zeitweise ausgefallen, aber wir mussten nie lange warten.

Es hat teilweise etwas lange gedauert bis beim
Duschen Wasser kam und dieses war dann erstmal kalt. Beim Abendessen waren die Beschilderungen zum Essen häufig nicht vorhanden oder standen sehr weit vom eigentlichen Essen weg. Das Essen am Abend hat uns nicht immer zugesagt. Der Service war beim Abendessen schwankend. Am ersten Abend mussten beispielsweise selber fragen, ob wir Getränke bestellen können. Im Verlauf jedoch deutlich besser. Es gibt aber in der Umgebung viele Restaurants als Alternative.

Aceptable pero mejorable
Pros:

Me gustó que estaba reformado y la parada del autobús en la puerta.

Cons:

Había cosas que no funcionaban: Solo estaba activo uno de los dos ascensores, que para 5 plantas iba muy justo. La puerta de entrada a la habitación fallaba de vez en cuando. No funcionaba la televisión. La piscina de agua salada podía estar un poco más limpia.
