The hotel was really nice, recently refurbished amd looked lovely. The rooms were modern and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food available.
The hotel had 2 pools one was newer than the other. The deeper pool was ok, but didnt look as good as the rest of the hotel. One day it lost a lot of water and had to be closed to be fixed. Contractors were trying to fix it straight away though.
Amaizing breakfast, perfect location near airport, bus stop in front, two pool with diferent vibes amaizing good for kids and same if you looking for quite pool to reaf.
The rooms are nicely renovated and the breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options and everything being great overall (except for the juices). Valentin and Noé at the front desk were also very friendly and clearly tried to help us whenever they could, despite the fact that communication in English was sometimes difficult.
The management was extremely disappointing. During our stay, our backpack was stolen from the hotel lobby, and unfortunately the manager, Jesús, was almost never available. He does not work on weekends and was hardly ever around during the week. At first, Jesús himself seemed rather dismissive and uninterested in the situation. It was only after the CCTV footage showed that someone had actually taken the backpack that he started making some effort, if you can even call it that. He did not even have time to watch the footage himself, so I had to go through the video on my own.
Afterwards, Jesús was almost never available. He does not work on weekends and was hardly ever around during the week. Despite contacting him several times by email and requesting a simple confirmation of the theft for our insurance, I have still received no response or confirmation to this day. It is particularly concerning that the safety and well-being of guests seemed to receive so little attention from the management.
We could see that the front desk staff tried to help and forwarded the matter, but there was only so much they could do. Overall, the communication, organisation and especially the management were very poor, particularly in such a serious situation. We also had repeated issues with the shower water changing from extremely hot to cold, as well as problems with the electricity.
Very clean and the decor was lovely. The breakfast buffet had so much variety. Would stay again.
