Very Nice Experience
Pros:

I arrived at 11:30 pm during a blizzard. The man at the desk was friendly.

My room had the heat turned on. Nice touch.

My room was very clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed.

The only thing missing was a hairdryer.

The walks were being shoveled the next morning by a difference friendly man.

I would stay here again coming or going from the airport.

Great, very accomodating staff....terrible everything else
Pros:

The staff members we met were amazing! We were in town for a cruise that was leaving the next day. When we got to town, it was 9pm, raining and we didn't know the area (we're from out of state). To top it off, I didn't have enough funds on my card for the security deposit (which was my fault, I had withdrawn cash for the cruise). The man behind the counter was so amazing, he could tell we were desparate and in a bind and he waived the fee since we were only staying for a single night. Sadly I don't have such a high opinion of the facility itself, but I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.

Cons:

There were unfortunately no other highlights. The room itself wasn't very clean. The lamps and other fixtures in the room were dusty and rusted. The shower pressure wasn't good, and I could still see stains and shampoo streaks from whoever had been in that room last, so it definitely wasn't cleaned very well. Before this, I've never stayed at a hotel with doors that face out (motel style, I guess?). But I was on a budget and decided to take a chance. I will not be taking that chance again. The lighting was terrible outside, and the walls were so thin I could hear other guests having arguments or partying. There were some shady-looking people standing around that definitely did not make the area feel very safe. The breakfast the next day was also lacking; there was barely more than cereal, some watery-looking egg patty things, and individual pieces of bread in ziplock bags.

Cons:

We were only there overnight and for some reason there were about 8 or more times an emergency vehicle came by with sirens on. Hard to sleep! No hair dryer in room.

I liked everything about my stay… I really like the fact that you can use the express checkout and just leave your keys in the room and text on your checking out

Pros:

The staff member Terrell made our stay pleasant. He was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our needs and issues were taken care of. To me, he exemplified the character of a hotel manager even though he wasn't. Promote him please!!!

Pros:

Reasonably priced and relatively close to a music festival we attended. We were given a little bag of snacks when we checked in, it was a very kind gesture and my son greatly appreciated the snack.

Cons:

We accidentally left my children’s sound machine, we contacted the property the day we checkout, they told us they would mail it. It has been a month and we have no received it. When I’ve reached out twice within the last two weeks and they will not respond to me.

One of the worst kept rooms I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

The staff was Very friendly and welcoming!

The room was terrible. There was missing molding, broken closet doors, ripped blankets, and mildew in the shower.Nothing like the pictures on line.

Pros:

The breakfast was just ok. The hashbrowns were never filled up despite request. The eggs were brought out with some delay. The service was passable.

Cons:

No bar soap in the bathrooms. No hot breakfast, unless you consider the oatmeal we had with hot water.

It was definitely not what we expected.
Pros:

Breakfast was standard I would have appreciated some grits to go along with the other items.

Cons:

Cleaning staff never cleaned the room while we were there and never asked if we needed anything like clean towels, toilet tissue, or trash dumped and when we tried to get our own towels from a cart we saw we were reprimanded for taking them like we not guests staying at the hotel.
