Cons:

The staff at complimentary breakfast was rude and complained that the power went out in the kitchen limiting any food being brought out.I couldn't stay and wait so I didn't get the benefits of complimentary breakfast. They shouldn't offer complimentary breakfast if they aren't going to provide it.

Lovely
Pros:

It was mostly quiet. Bed was comfortable clean room. Nice staff.

Cons:

The shower head was not working properly. It was repaired in an orderly fashion.

A very disappointed stay
Pros:

I appreciate the fact that they gave me a room as soon as possible even though I had to pay twenty dollars more after I had booked in advance.

Cons:

What i didn't like was when I was given the key to my room, I wasn't even in the room an hour when maintenance just opened the door to my room and when he saw me he quickly closed the door. He didn't apologize. He just walked away fast. I confronted him and he made some lame excuse and I went to the front desk to make a complaint. That night as I was preparing for bed I noticed that the floor had never been swept. There was food and crumbs on the side under the bed. This was so disgusting that I kept my socks on the entire time. The next morning there was a lot of commotion going on in front of my door with people next door as well as the maintenance guy. I then start to realize that the maintenance guy was very familiar with the people that were staying there and apparently he must have walked into someone else's room because I heard him apologizing to the lady. When I came out to my car yesterday I saw the maintenance guy squatting by the fence, not doing any work just watching. As I was making sure that the door was locked he burst out in laughter. I continue to walk to the car. This is a place that I will never lay my head again nor will I recommend anyone to stay there.

Nice motel
Pros:

The front desk staff was very nice. The gift bag with tasty treats was a nice added touch. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good with protein choices which was appreciated and the coffee was good.

Cons:

I think the room could have better lighting. The breakfast could start a little earlier for catching morning flights from the airport.

I left because this is not a safe location for anyone
Pros:

Nothing. After getting my room key and trying to enter a room that had other people staying in it and they guy scaring me to death. I requested to cancel my room.

Cons:

It was sketchy. There were cops investigating at the hotel in front of this hotel. The hotel reeked of weed. Was too afraid to walk around the hotel to find room and then there was someone in that room after going to the office twice because the key would not work, twice.

This has been a great experience for me and my family. Front desk was very welcoming down to all staff. Breakfast had plenty of options that was a plus. Enjoy our time there and will definitely return in the future
