Nice big comfortable bed, friendly staff
The tv/wifi didn’t work
Basic motel. Floor was gritty in my room. When I rolled out the shower mat, there was an ant crawling out. Breakfast was late. Many workers staying at the motel had to leave without breakfast.
Staff was friendly & professional
Staff appearance could have looked more polished. Rooms need to be updated. Cigarette burns on desktop.

Our stay was centrally located to our excursions. The staff were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was great. I didn’t catch the pretty black ladies name that checked us in. I love having the hash and eggs in the morning real eggs that breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff was awesome. Very friendly felt like family talking to them. Check in and out was easy.
I can honestly say it was nothing. I didn’t like, parking was a little short, but other than that, it was fine for where my room was located on the backside.

The room floors were dirty. The roof had black spots and mold. The smell of the room was bad.

Everything was good, except for no body wash or shampoo.
The body wash and shampoo bottles were completely empty.
The location. The place needs to be fixed. The AC was leaking and very loud.

Stay away from the best western center in Norfolk/Virginia beach
