We only stay one night out of the theee that we where supposed to stay

The room was barely clean. TV services didn’t work, the sheets on one bed was not clean. We called the front desk but no one responded to the request. The breakfast was underrated.

I got charged twice for the room even though I only stayed one night. I was told my extra charge would be returned but I have not seen that charge refunded.

Great Staff!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in town for a wedding, so the location was excellent for us. Nice restaurant right in front of the hotel…good food.

Cons:

Smelled like smoke in the room…it was a non-smoking room…it got better over a couple of days…we were there for three days.
