Pros:

Good location to access attractions in Hobart. On sites parking was convenient and easily accessible. There is a $29 fee per night for parking, but this is cheaper than leaving your car in a parking station and walking to the hotel. You pay for parking most places in Hobart. The staff were very friendly anf helpful, the room cleanliness was pretty good.

Cons:

This hotel is 3 star at best, had I realised I would not have stayed there. The room was the smallest and most depressing hotel room I have ever stayed in. We pretty much had to take turns opening our suitcases. It is very old and dated with external plumbing and wiring added all over the place. The bed was not comfortable and our room did not get made up after our first night. I felt the price was too much for what we got. There is limited privacy for the bathroom. We chose Allurity as there was limited accommodation available, the location was good, there was parking for our rental car and it was mid range in pricing. I would not choose it again

We were happy with the facility and the location.
Pros:

The location was good as it was only a 5 minute walk to the dock area. It was also very close to Woolworths which was handy as this kind of shopping is scarce in the city.

Cons:

The fridge was a bit noisy as it started up during the night.

simple hotel great location
Pros:

excellent location near restaurant and shopping areas in Hobart CBD. Front desk person Jill was very helpful in suggesting places to eat.

Cons:

room was small and basic. Common areas such as lobby and elevators were somewhat run-down. For the first 2 days only 2 of the 3 elevators were functioning, but they were repaired by the end of our stay.

Cons:

The room was stuffy. The window was almost impossible to open, because it was jammed, without standing on a chair. The AC could not be adjusted because it was locked and had to be adjusted by reception. There was no housekeeping unless you payed extra for the service.
