Allurity Hotel

Des photos trompeuses, dans la réalité vieux, mal entretenu, mal insonorisé, un climatiseur tres bruyant, un échantillon de gel douche pour 2 personnes et 3 jours, ménage et lits non fait pendant les 3 jours. Bref un prix élevé pour une prestation médiocre. Je ne recommande pas et ne comprends même pas la note booking.

Probably a bit dated. But it's great value for the money.

Most things. For the $$$it was little more than a backpackers room. Disappointing

No charging point next to bed, bathroom stinks

Aside from the fact the rooms need a serious renovation and refresh.

The room we stayed in, could do with a very deep clean. There are dust and cobwebs visible on the roof in the bathroom, on the carpet near the PowerPoints and next to the bed and clogging the vents.

I had called prior to arriving to enquire if a microwave was available in the room, and was told yes. However when I arrived into the room, I realised the room didn’t not in fact have a microwave. I called reception and they bought one up and I was told not all rooms have a microwave. Just adding to the inconvenience.

For such a big hotel, I would have expected they would have a bag trolley to help me take my luggage up. I was staying with my young son, as he was having surgery and we needed to bring up multiple bags on my own. Thankfully the young lady at the office helped carry them up, but a trolley would have been nice as I needed to make multiple trips.

They put us in a room right next to the lift, and all I could hear all night was the lift going up and down. As well as the loud generator from the aircon turning on and off, was really annoying.

The lift carpet is old. All the carpets throughout the entire hotel are old, and dirty in some places. The whole place hasn’t got a very nice smell.

Bottled water would have been a nice, even just one.

Rooms felt very tight and cramped. No style or ambiance. Just beds and the bare necessities. No face washers.

Only one power point outlet in the kitchenette bench, so in order to heat food or turn the kettle on, the TV had to be turned off which was frustrating when you have a little one.

The shower curtain smells damp and unpleasant.

I would say this hotel has been built in the 70’s, and has not been upgraded since then.

Just honest feedback. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room wasn’t cleaned well- dirty tissue on floor near side table

Everything. The dirtiness, lack of cleanliness. Dust behind the bed head. Stains on the carpets in the room. Everything was old and run down (did not look like the pictures). The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and It was so noisy (we were on level 2 unfortunately and when we advised the receptionist she did not care or suggest a room change).

Nothing

There was a water leak in the bedroom that went un noticed which meant walking through a puddle to get to our beds. the family room had a small bar fridge and it would have been nice to also have a microwave. The temperature inside the room was not able to be changed and at times it was way too stuffy, but in the scheme of things it was ok. I would say for three adults the rooms are too small but it worked.
