Pros:

Great location fairly much in the heart of Hobart. We liked that room service is not offered as a daily thing - ensured our privacy during the day.

Extremely disappointed.

Cons:

The hotel is nothing like the property photos. So much wear and tear, grot, stains, food splattered up walls and roof, part of the roof was coming down right above one of the single beds where my 3 year old son was going to sleep and the elevators and halls were the same, grotty.

Good location, comfy beds, be careful with the showers
Pros:

Location is very handy especially for Farm Gate Market which is held every Sunday

Cons:

Hotel itself is very dated - so be mindful.
This is not a bad thing , when you consider the price.
Bathroom has been renovated but no shower door.

NOT a dislike - parking is limited, book parking asap.
