À mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre environ 25 minutes à la réception malgré un check-in annoncé dès 17h30 et aucune excuse. Dans la chambre, il manquait la télécommande de la télévision.
La chambre était également très chaude, sans possibilité de régler le chauffage.
Dommage, car ces points ont affecté le confort du séjour.

Pros:

Proximité de la gare de Romanel, le réceptioniste etait la quand je suis arrivé à 22h15. Accueil très sympa

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre mais je n'ai pas regardé pour baisser le chauffage. Comme j'etais bien fatigué , je me suis endormi très vite.

Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt
Musste in dem angrenzenden Restaurant erst nachfragen. Dort hat man dann jemanden angerufen, der dann den Rezeptionisten gemimt hat. Es wurde ausschließlich französisch als Kommunikation angeboten.
Es war nicht möglich einen Übernachtungsbeleg in Papierform zu erhalten. Nur per Mail!
Am Wochenende gab es keinen Zimmerservice
Die Gerüche aus der Pizzeria ziehen den Flur hoch zu den Zimmern.

Very convenient, very clean, very hospitable, just a couple of little niggles.
Pros:

Breakfast was not an option; restaurant closed on Sunday.
Location was very good for my purposes

Cons:

1. I could not get the TV to operate.
2. The toilet seat really needs some DIY/TLC!

Convenient location but staff unhelpful and no sign of any customer service!!
Pros:

Rooms clean and comfortable.
Housekeeping was provided

Cons:

No kettle available as described.
Member of staff brought one up but was fitted with wrong plug so useless. Asked for cups for coffee and were given paper cups.
Correct kettle provided the next day.
Website stated restaurant open when it wasn’t.
Phone number given on booking . Com not functioning !!
