Hotel location is very good and the highlight of our stay. Minutes to food and street shops. The reception staff seem to be new or not trained well. Check in and check out is slow. Rooms could definitely use some maintenance. Moldy spots in the bathroom, chips on furniture, stains on toilet seat. These small touches took away from the comfort level as it didn't feel “clean”. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Overall, for what you pay its worth it, but would look at other options in the future

I like the location of the hotel because it's very near the China Town KL.
I think the quality of breakfast of this hotel should be improved.
We always stayed in ts hotel basically bcos we r familiar with ts area n is near to the temple we go for prayer. The only point l dislike is the central Aircon which is far too cold even when rm's unit is set to lowest fan at 30degC. Ts time l m pleased they allotted us a room with window facing main road, contrary to 6 mths ago with back view looking at school class room.
Not enough lighting
The hotel is in a great area on the edge of Chinatown and has great facilities. The staff are very attentive and helpful.
Nice decent hotel near Chinatown area. Lots of eateries around the hotel. Check in process using counter service plus self-check in kiosk doesn't seem efficient.

Central can go anywhere easy
The hotel is basic and not a very welcoming experience. The breakfast was unappetizing and the pool was dirty. There was no room service for two days and we had to use wet towels. I asked the front desk for information and no one understood my requests. I would not stay here if you wanted to enjoy KL.
Best thing: location. Bed sinking on one side. New sheets torn. Lifts are really slow. Water pressure fr shower slow. But staff are ok. Hotel needs an upgrade.

All the staff are efficient and pleased to assist.
The location is close to MRT, GOKL and LRT.
We can highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed for 7 days. Worse hotel that we have ever stayed. We had issue at time of check in that they made us paid "Tourist tax fee" that was already included in the initial payment. Showed them the reciept of payment that has Tax and Service fees. They still made us pay. Eventually did get our money back after I spoke to Agoda customer service. It was a hassle to be doing this while you're supposed to be on holiday. Then found our connecting rooms not cleaned as should be. All pillows in both rooms had stains and moulds on the pillow and also on the cover itself. The toilets smelled of urine. So strong that it permeate through out the room. Only if I could capture the odour of the room to show! The doona covers and bed sheets smelled. Water in the bathroom sink runs yellow. It was very late in the night by the time we checked in, obviously we were tired. Then found these issues, it puts us off straight away. I went to complaint to management at front desk. Found them to be unhelpful, not apologetic about the condition of the rooms. Instead I was told it's normal for the water to run yellow then it will clear. Seriously what the heck! Then I was told that the pillows and bed linens have been changed. Until I showed the night duty manager the photos of the moulds and stained pillows. I asked her, would she sleep on them herself? She just kept quiet and asked what I would like to do.....like seriously. I also told her about the smells of the room due to the toilet ( every 5 to 10 mins, we would whiff a strong odour of poop and urine). The flush part of the toilet have green stains on them (in both rooms). Let just say overall, management that I've dealt with has no customer service skill, poor communication with their housekeeping staff nor understand English well. It was so frustrating. Night house keeping staff are lazy and didn't even want to do anything. Showed housekeeping the stained covers and pillows and got told that it is cleaned. He was even upset at us for asking him to get us new pillows and covers and change the sheets. We had to change the pillows and put in the cover ourself once I insisted on changing everything and made an issue out of the status of the room. They never vacuum the floor. Every day it just get sprayed with a deodoriser (ewww). Wanted to check out the first night we were there so badly but couldn't as it need to go through Agoda. Otherwise we won't get any refund. This dragged on until the 5th day as management didn't answer to Agoda complaint team. In the end no refund. Do not book this hotel unless you're desperate and don't care about the cleanliness of the room (clean standard is extremely poor) or into group tour. That's why they don't care about customer service nor deal with complaints because they rely mainly on group tour that stay there. Every 2nd day they would get multiple bus full of tourist from India. If I could rate this hotel less than 1 then I would. Only good thing is that it's in a convenient location to the main hub of Chinatown. But there are other good hotels around Chinatown than this. It shouldn't even be rated as 4 stars hotel. If you have kids like we do, it is not a place to stay!
Location is good. Beside location nothing was good. Had booked through an agent saying this is a 4 star hotel. Nothing 4 star in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if you are booking thinking you would get 4 star facilities.
Dirty and smelly rooms. Dirty bathroom. Dirty room amenities like cups, spoons and water kettles.

Fabulously walkable location for Chinatown and Central Market.
Solid and well-built, for the area it feels swanky, quiet and reassuring. Many rooms have gorgeous city views. I loved the active temple of Ganesh across the street.
Rooms can be a tiny bit tired in the details: wood of doors near floor can be worn, patina on finishings a bit worn but nothing too concerning for that price range and location.

Front Office: Excellent service; the staff were friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping: After cleaning, the room was left without bath towels, face towels, hand towels, or a mat towel. When requested, they provided pool towels instead.
Maintenance: Poor condition.
• The shower sliding door makes a loud squeaking noise.
• The hand wash faucet splashes water back, causing the surrounding area to get wet, leading to water dripping and the tissue holder cover rotting.
• The shower floor is slippery, and water pools after use because the area near the drain is higher than the rest of the floor.
Breakfast have to do little bit better. The food is boring.
Clean comfortable hotel in a good location. Great variety of food at the breakfast buffet but the coffee is a disaster. Only two coffee machines which do not work well, you have to queue and only get a small cup of coffee.
