When you arrive to nice welcome, you can overcome everything else
Pros:

Good parking, good overnighter, restaurant on site, fast food joint next door if your thing. Dogs welcome and space to walk.
Good shower, staff very welcoming.
Plenty of electric charging facilities.

Cons:

No one offered to walk my dog at 3.30 am, temp +3 , when she wanted a pee !
All good.
