En todas las habitaciones había agua de cortesía en el minibar, pero no en la mía. Cuando lo comenté en recepción, me dijeron que se les había acabado el agua. Es cierto que me trajeron a los minutos agua a la habitación, pero en un hotel de esta categoría no pueden decir que se les ha acabado el agua,

Perfect location, amazing staff and overall a brilliant hotel
Pros:

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect. The location was excellent, all staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was first class, the restaurant food was excellent and our room was superb.

The twin room was lovely and clean.
Pool area was lovely 😊

Cons:

Staff had checked us out before 12 which wasn't good. Never even apologised..
This was really poor service 😔

Good location near shopping and cafes, great staff, spacious rooms and good breakfast.
Pros:

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom large and well-appointed. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was high quality and dining area was comfortable. Free parking was available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Cons:

Fitness facilities were minimal and not well air-conditioned.

Pros:

Hôtel simple et agréable.
Pour une ou deux nuits c’est très bien.

Cons:

La piscine est à l’ombre 70% de la journée comme la plupart des transats également.
