Agradable.
Pros:

La habitación amplia. Cómoda la cama. Atento y amable servicio del hotel.

Cons:

El baño puede mejorar con un perchero oara las toallas. El grifo de la ducha mas moderno. Sale agua de la ducha al suelo. Renovar el baño su pintura. Ubicación.

Buena ubicación, hotel flojito para ser 4*
Pros:

Hotel renovado y en sitio muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. La piscina no la usamos, pero tenía buena pinta. El personal de recepción muy amable y simpático. Botellines de agua y zumos gratis.

Cons:

Muy flojito en varias cuestiones. Buffet de desayuno muy caro( los niños pagan igual que los adultos), hay 3 ascensores(dos de ellos muy lentos) que hacen que cuando el hotel está lleno sea muy complicado subir o bajar,la limpieza de las habitaciones, mejorable, un parking muy pequeño que además comparte con una empresa de alquiler de coches y no está bien indicado donde se puede aparcar.

Desayuno completo y variado. Cena estupenda, aunque tuvimos la suerte de comer menú especial, que no suelen hacer, por una celebración con aumento de gente ese día. Personal amable. Ubicación perfecta. La habitación resultó muy cómoda. Al irnos nos dijeron que las bebidas de la nevera eran cortesía del hotel, pero la nevera no funcionaba.

Cons:

Resultaba un tanto moderno para nosotros, respecto al funcionamiento, a lo que te vas adaptando y no llega a ser problema. A la llegada no sabes dónde está la recepción, el personal te lo indica, y cuando llegas parece una tienda. El restaurante no lo localizas como tal, ves la barra del bar, pero te dirigen al comedor y te sorprende la buena cocina. Todo son sorpresas.
El parking tiene plazas espaciosas, pero son pocas. Tiene más plazas dobles pero estrechas. Si alguien aparca un SUB grande, no entras. Un numeroso número de plazas dobles grandes son de una empresa de alquiler de coches externa. Localizar el ascensor en el parking para subir al hotel, es otra sorpresa. Cuando lo sabes, ya está. El precio del parking es elevado. En la zona se puede aparcar y hay algún parking más económico en un centro comercial. La movilidad del coche por el parking es correcta, pero justa. Si sacas el coche, nadie te asegura que lo puedas volver a aparcar, o que puedas abrir las puertas si aparcas. Pillamos una plaza individual y nos movimos con autobús. En la planta baja de un conocido centro comercial de al lado, puedes comprar y recargar tarjetas de bus, a mitad de precio que las de Barcelona.
