Just ok...As a Travel agent I would have been disappointed if I booked for a client.
Pros:

Never got fresh towel
Had to ask for toilet paper
No one came to do trash
Asked a few time to have room done never happened

Cons:

Washer didn't work
Elevator broke three times had to do stair with all our luggage

Don't allow dogs plus check in not till 4pm getting later and later to check in but still check out at 11. You pay all that money and you don't even get 24 hrs crazy to me.
