Good location when on a Maine road trip
Pros:

Clean and quiet! Nice free breakfast. All Maine hotels are overpriced in August but this checked the box thanks to the annual Chase hotel credit which also allowed IHG points earning.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Hotel was modern and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location and not far from all our favorite spots in Maine.

Cons:

Would prefer some different hot options at break fast. It was the same everyday. If you're there for just one night that's great, but if you're staying for a week. It's a little repetitive.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. Everything was perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

La télévision n'a jamais fonctionnée, et ce en pleine coupe du monde! Nous avons quitté le lendemain. Nous avons demandé une compensation financière mais on nous a seulement offert des points inutile. Aucune solution, explications minables. Il ne sert à rien d'avoir des télé Android toute neuve si rien ne fonctionne. Nous n'étions pas les seuls. J'en ai discuté au déjeuner avec d'autres clients. Au prix de la nuit en ce 4 juillet, le tout doit être impécable. Il serait bien d'avoir plus de chariot de baggages au lobby. Jamais un problème dans les autres Holiday inn Express.
