Pros:

Good location near the old town. Helpful staff who helped me carry my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs.

Cons:

So called 'air-conditioning' is actually fan on the air-conditioning unit. Thankfully it wasn't that hot during our stay.
No elevator (I forgot to check that before I booked). The furnishings are rather old.

Izvēlējos viesnīcu, jo atradās tuvu Kalna parkam, kur apmeklējām koncertu. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta par labu cenu. Nebija sajūta , ka atrodos pilsētas centrā.

Cons:

Nevaru teikt ka nepatika,bet pie brokastīm varētu norīkot vēl kādu no apkalpojošā personāla, jo viens darbinieks, ja ir daudz viesu, nevar visu paspēt. Un ja vēl sabojājās kafijas automāts. Bet paldies, jauneklim, bez kafijas nepaliku.🤗

Repetiría. Vistas ideales.
Pros:

La cercanía y las vistas desde la habitación hacia la iglesia de Santa Ana y de la Iglesia de San Francisco y San Bernardino. La ubicación ideal, muy cerca de la calle Pilies y la catedral. El lugar es acogedor. El personal 24 horas y buscaba siempre opciones para resolver pequeños detalles, sobre todo un chico joven con pelo algo largo que estaba por la noche (no sé el nombre, disculpa), que fue especialmente amable. La limpieza muy bien, doy gracias a las personas que ordenaban y limpiaban mi habitación cada día con cariño.

Cons:

Que la piscina+sauna fuera pagando aparte, 15€ cada día, (en Booking no se especificó nada sobre esto, y parecía incluido en el precio, este comentario es negativo- constructivo hacia Booking para que actualice la información correctamente). La habitación no tenía cortina y entraba mucha luz porque amanecía muy pronto (un detalle menor porque pude dormir igualmente bien, solo que me extrañó). Algunos detalles no estaban muy bien desde el principio (la nevera no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado no calentaba correctamente la habitación, pero el personal buscó soluciones y me quedé muy contenta).
