Cons:

Unexpectedly, on last night, aircon very noisily ran from 9pm until next morning without interruption; asked staff to turn it off so we could sleep, no response; asked 11pm, again 2am, no result from the night porter; next morning, no understanding from morning staff; very poor; extremely poor wifi in our room
