Pros:

You need work a little bit around pool and jacuzzi area...
Is look depressing
Change the carpet for a tile floor or something difrent but ease no carpet looks disgusting all wet etc

Pros:

The Indoor Pool and Hot Tube is Seasonal! Doesn't this defeat the point of having an indoor pool? Also restaurant seemed closed and in general just felt like 25% of the hotel it states off season, buyer beware.

Perfect Hotel in a Perfect Location!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel in a great location! Clean, comfortable, and convenient to much that is wonderful about Hyannis! While much of the property was closed during our off-season visit, The Break restaurant(great burgers!!) next door and Landing Cafe across the street provided good food and victuals!

Great stay - will continue to visit!
Pros:

Aside from the location to the ferry services, the property is very nicely decorated and rooms are comfortable. The best part is the staff - super helpful and very friendly.

It was a most enjoyable, relaxing stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect! It’s right across the street from the ferry we took to Martha’s Vineyard, the scenery was beautiful, restaurant right next door and Main Street shopping within walking distance.

Cons:

I can’t express this more…we hated the parking! The hotel made the parking spaces soooo narrow that it was hard to get in and out of your car. Many people were complaining about it and some had their car door scratched because of it. The second thing we didn’t appreciate was the bad attitude and rudeness of one of the front desk night staff.
