It was quite pleasant.
Pros:

The location. The room was quite spacious.

There was no breakfast. Staff explained that this was due to the snow storm.

Nice hotel directly across from the ferries. Nice shops restaurants on Main Street.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room. Great pool area! Nice restaurant next to the main hotel where you can sit outside to have breakfast or dinner. Also nice grill restaurant at the pool area. Comfortable seating to sit, read and enjoy the outdoors across from the harbor. About a mile walk to Main Street Hyannis with many shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out the Mexican restaurant with outdoor seating underneath a giant Beach tree! Very cool.

Cons:

Some construction going on but it looks like it is almost complete.

Not bad. Be careful of the housekeeping (cleanliness)

The towels in our room was recycled. You know why? When we came back, room was cleaned ( apparently)
Pillows was just piled not neatly and one of the towels was used( by us, hopefully) I noticed the make up I used that day still on the towel . They just hang it back on the towel rack. Disgusting!

It was a most enjoyable, relaxing stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect! It’s right across the street from the ferry we took to Martha’s Vineyard, the scenery was beautiful, restaurant right next door and Main Street shopping within walking distance.

Cons:

I can’t express this more…we hated the parking! The hotel made the parking spaces soooo narrow that it was hard to get in and out of your car. Many people were complaining about it and some had their car door scratched because of it. The second thing we didn’t appreciate was the bad attitude and rudeness of one of the front desk night staff.

Thanks for giving us a great girls' weekend!
Pros:

It's a very cozy hotel with a lovely staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We had a ton of fun at the pool, and the Bluewater Grill team was especially great.

Cons:

There's not a lot of sound insulation -- there are times when I could very clearly hear what was going on in other guests' rooms.

Newly renovated hotel in perfect spot with great staff.
Pros:

Perfect location. Spotless rooms. Entire property renovated and staff couldn't be more helpful. Kudos to the company for investing in this Hyannis property!

Thanksgiving 2025
Pros:

We stay in the summer and holiday season because it’s convenient and very comfortable close to stores restaurants beaches and of course our family.
It’s a fantastic hotel for family gatherings for fun and adventures as well.
