Location was great!

Cons:

Our 1st room smelt musty and the floor had a definite “slope”. Felt like you were always running downhill. Asked to move the 2nd night. 2nd room didn’t smell but had the same slope. Really think they should check into this.

Great location to get to MV, Nantucket, and P-town. Rooms were super clean, and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Pool and hot tub area should be open later than 9pm. At least open until 11pm.

Convenient location. Rooms okay.

Cons:

The "plastic" polyester robe was a joke. Try putting it on when you're wet after a shower!
The front desk staff was not always competent. Good women, but not adequately trained. Why only women??
No on-property restaurants.

Great location if you’re planning a day trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, property was clean , close to the ferry terminal.

Location was great and check in was easy and staff was good

Cons:

The room was horrible it smelled musty and moldy and the floor was slanted and shaky like the wood underneath was rotted....room number 302 not structurally sound and for the price you'd expect a decent floor. Because of floor beds were slanted and toilet too!

Being so close to everything harbor, main st and 2 beaches
Miniature soft pillows were amazing

Cons:

Balconies are not private so you have to stare at the next door neighbors awkwardly as you sit next to them . Dividers would have been cool

Pros:

The location to the ferry across street, coffee across street and beach about 1/2 mile away

Cons:

Looking out our window/door we had a view of the trash area for the restaurant. It smelled like trash if we opened the "door" which was our only view out of the room. This was so bad we asked for another room and got nothing. I have never stayed at such a nasty place. The hotel staff also did not clean up room or change the bed (requested) Very dissapointing.
