Great location close to many places to eat and a Wegmans grocery store. Very quiet tucked in near office buildings.

Sprayer in Bathroom had a hole in hose. Noise at 2:00 in the morning from outside. Someone yelling. Then noise from room down the hall after 2:00 also. Woke us up 3 times in all.

All was good and better than good!
Pros:

The lobby was full of light and a welcoming warm fireplace. The entire staff were very hospitable and helpful. The coffee and made to order breakfast were a good start to the day. The hot tub and pool were perfect for afternoon relaxation, and the king bed was so comfortable. The pillows were great too! The room was also very clean. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn!

Cons:

I don't have anything to report. Even though there was renovation occurring, all the workmen were very aware of visitors and very courteous.

Do not go to this hotel!

They originally were not going to let my husband check in because I made the reservation, despite the fact that I printed out the confirmation sheet for him with the reservation number. After about 15 minutes, they finally let him use my reservation.

Another issue we had was room availability. We ultimately settled on this room because it had a room available with two double beds. We made the reservation 2 hours prior to check in. When my husband arrived, he was told there was no room with double beds available, despite our recent reservation. They apparently gave our room away because they saw that the reservation was for 2 adults. Mind you, the room was for my husband and high school son,

The sheets and blankets were terrible. The sheets were rough and the blanket was shredded, polyester, old and too light. After several asks, he was given an acceptable blanket but not one to write home about.

The room was sparse. There was a safe on the floor, and a light switch that operated nothing.

All in all, this was a complete FAIL.
