Pros:

Location and water pressure.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable and sofa bed was broken, missing linen and blanket/comforter.

Horrible, will never stay there again

Cons:

Night staff was rude and refused to help. Room was filthy, bathroom had used sticky single use shampoos, hair everywhere. Bed was covered in hair, dust everywhere. When we called down for sheets pillows and a blanket for the pull out, which you expect to be in the room already as we booked the stay for 2 adults and a 12 yo child. We were brought a top sheet and a filthy pillow with no pillow case and told they were out of everything else.

I will not be booking with this hotel again in the future.

Location of the hotel.

Cons:

Room was not clean. It appeared it hadn't even been vacuumed. Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Carpet coming up in places and had tears in it. Overall, the room was in rough shape. It was very dated.

Not a good value for the amount I paid. Old building that needs remodel. Can’t even put a cheap coffee pot in the room.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing.
Pros:

Despite being old and needing some love, everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was really terrible in the sense that there was literally ONLY waffles. The waffles were great however, when you host a baseball tournament with several teams it makes it pretty unrealistic to have a few dozen people and two waffle makers. I’d love to see the breakfast get some love. Even if just more cold options.

Over priced , not clean

The rooms looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed , there was wet dirt towels in the bathtub and the bedding looked like it wasn’t changed in days
