foi uma otima estadia, funcionarios atenciosos e prestativos, cafe da manha muito bom, com uma vasta variedades em alimentos ofertados. super recomendo a este local.

tive um pequeno imprevisto na torneira do banheiro, que foi informado ha dois funcionarios porém não foi solucuinado, mas nada que venha me fazer classificação negativa.

O melhor do hotel é a localização. Ao lado da avenida paulista além de vários excelentes restaurantes e da padaria bela paulista

Foi minha segunda estadia no hotel e dessa vez foi decepcionante. Fui informado que estava com alguns quartos em reforma e fui colocado em um quarto “ superior “ ao que eu tinha reservado. Não tinha nada de suspeito na acomodação. Teto com infiltração de mofo, ar condicionado pingando de madrugada, porta do banheiro não fechava e o botão do ar condicionado ligava e desligava quando queria. Sem falar na receptividade da maioria dos funcionários que estava bem abaixo do mediano para o que se espera de um serviço de hotelaria, principalmente nos padrões de São Paulo. Provavelmente não retornarei mais. Infelizmente

Ótima localização, com muitas opções de restaurantes e atrações, mas um custo um pouco elevado se consideramos o estado

Bem localizado para quem que ficar próximo a Av. Paulista, ter opções de restaurantes e ficar próximo ao metrô.

Cons:

O quarto que ficamos tinha um móvel próximo a cama que era de madeira e tinha um tamanho maior que a cama, tanto eu quanto minha esposa acabamos por esbarrar nele durante a noite ao nos movimentar durante a noite. Além disso a porta do banheiro quando aberta dificultava a abertura da porta de entrada, além de não estar fechando direito. Uma porta de emergência não fechava e olhando o corredor até o piso estava precisando de manutenção.

Café da manhã tem várias opções, bem localizado e bem excelente serviço!

Cons:

Optamos por um hotel que fosse completo e inclusive optamos pelo serviço de academia que dizia ter no anúncio do booking, mas não conseguimos usar pq estava em reforma, o que nos gerou um transtorno de gasto e tempo pq fomos procurar alguma próxima, se o serviço não está disponível é necessário informar antes do cliente fechar a hospedagem!

Pros:

Boa localização próximo a paulista e a restaurantes que gosto como o Misoya. Quarto de bom tamanho, cama confortável e bom berço para meu bebe. Banheiro bom tamanho com chuveiro quente e forte. Café da manhã com algumas opções diferentes como umas 4 frutas e leite de aveia para alérgicos.

Cons:

O banheiro apresenta muitas manchas na parede o que dá aquele aspecto de sujo, infelizmente.
