Que no tenía calefacción y hacía frío
Bem localizado. Tudo muito limpo. E o quarto é bem confortavel. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários simpáticos
Shampoo, condicionador e sabonetes líquido ou estavam com o dispensador quebrado ou nao tinham sido repostos.
O quarto e bastante confortável, bem grande
As toalhas de banho deixaram a desejar.
Gostaria de ter roupão e chinelos a disposição.
Localização excelente, próximo do metrô (estação Consolação), da Avenida Paulista e da Rua Augusta. Havia muitos locais para alimentação nos arredores (restaurantes, bares, lanchonetes e padarias), além de mini mercardos e farmácias. A padaria Bella Paulista fica na esquina, a poucos metros do hotel, e é maravilhosa, possui todo tipo de comida e funciona 24h.
Bem perto da Paulista e do metrô.

Cama muito confortável.
O quadro de força/disjuntores fazia um barulho muito alto e certamente iria incomodar o sono. Logo que entrei percebi e solicitei mudança de quarto; precisei fazê-lo duas vezes até achar um sem barulho. O ar condicionado também era barulhento, exceto no modo automático, então assim ficou durante toda a estadia.
Solicitei para estender o check-out por apenas duas horas e não aceitaram, a não ser mediante taxa.
A localização do hotel é excelente. O quarto estava razoavelmente limpo, e gostamos bastante da cama e do chuveiro. Além disso, o quarto conta com uma Smart TV com acesso aos principais serviços de streaming.
É um hotel prático e confortável, ideal para quem busca boa localização e comodidade. Embora não seja um ambiente especialmente aconchegante, atende bem às necessidades de uma estadia agradável.
O café da manhã estava ótimo, com boa variedade de opções e produtos de qualidade.
Achamos a política de pagamento bem ruim. Ao realizar a reserva pelo Booking com a opção de pagamento no hotel, não há possibilidade de parcelamento, sendo necessário quitar o valor integral da hospedagem no momento do check-in. Dependendo do valor da reserva, isso pode representar um inconveniente para alguns hóspedes.

Hacia frio en la habitación y no se podía calentar, algo inaudito para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Pasamos realmente frío por la noche.
