They were over booked and I paid for a room i never got. Booking charges me for something I didn't know.. no response from booking. No refund. I paid for something I didn't get. No phone number to call booking..

Pros:

The front desk staff Cheryl and Shonda go above and beyond and the housman is the most pleasant person he greets everyone I can tremember the other young ladies name from the front desk but please note that staff has top tier customer service.

Shonda is amazing and very helpful. She is always cheerful and smiling. She's a pleasure to deal with. She makes our stay enjoyable. My wife and I Would definitely recommend this hotel because of her. We will be back.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel since it was just a grap and go. Location was good and most of the people were friendly.

Cons:

Hallway was not clean. Since it was the weekend it didn’t appear to be any staff other than at the front desk.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Shonda at the front desk was excellent and very attentative to our needs. She was very friendly and helpful. Excellent employee.
