I’d give this stay a 6/10
Pros:

I thought the hotel was decent has a breakfast and the front desk staff was very friendly

Cons:

The entire building smelled like smoke. My towels in my room were dirty and my mat for the floor of the bathroom had dirty stains on it. My neighbors were very loud and swearing at 3 am on a Saturday and woke me up multiple times

It was adequate but I would not recommend it
Cons:

Room doors did not lock properly. We had to work with our room door for it to open properly. Floors were uneven. Sealing tiles were coming down. Staff said hotel was due for renovation
