Wonderful!!
Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay.

Having a kitchen and refrigerator in the room was extremely convenient. I enjoyed buying ingredients at the supermarket and cooking for myself, which made me feel as if I were living in Helsinki rather than just visiting as a tourist.

The staff were also very kind and helpful.

Other than that, everything was excellent. The transportation around the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

If I have the chance to visit Helsinki again, I would definitely stay here again.

During this trip I was quite tired every day and did not get a chance to use the sauna, so next time I would love to enjoy the hotel sauna as well.

Cons:

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the quality of the towels. They tended to leave lint on my skin and did not absorb water very well.

Nur online Check in , obwohl ich zu "passender " Zeit da war . Das war mir nicht klar und ich habe Personal vermisst . Diese Art ist mir zu anonym !

Huone oli viihtyisä ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi.

Cons:

Aamupala oli järjestetty Picnicissä,pienen kävelymatkan päässä hotellista. Reilulla 10€ kupngilla sai ison kahvin ja sämpylän. Toivoin perinteistä aamupala hotellilla jossa henkilökuntaa. Ensi kerralla olen tarkempi hotellia varatessa.

Kaikki tarvittavat palvelut lähellä. Huone ja tilat oli siistit ja mukavat, spa osasto oli todella hieno. Porealtaassa hieman heikot poreet tai sitten ei osattu käyttää. Saapuminen parkkiin ja kirjautuminen oli sujuvaa.

Price wise ok but beds are too small for 2 people

Good location, lots of restaurants

Cons:

The physical staff availability. Too often the only way to communicate with the reception is via whatsapp or phone. It is not a nice feeling. Even though we didn’t need any help it feels weird to not have a person at the desk most of the time.
