Pros:

The room was clean and cute. The air conditioner worked well, and I appreciated the microfridge. There's also a kitchen and laundry room available. The host was very responsive to messages. The neighborhood is quiet.

Cons:

The room was at the top of some steep steps, and it was a little hard to go up and down while carrying things. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, and though the metro and other attractions aren't too far, it's not the smoothest area to walk in compared to other parts of Tbilisi. It's all manageable, just maybe harder for those with mobility or vision issues.

Pros:

The only hotel I could find, toilet smelt bad, like the odor from the sewer was coming out. Towels were very rough, bed sheets had stains. There is no front desk or staff, seems like an apartment building rather than hotel. Area is covered with dogs and in a weird area

Pros:

Beautifull appartment, near from market and entertaiment. Peefect facility. polite staff and help us very well.

Cons:

Floor 10 :))
They must little upgrade in cleanliness coz we get white hair in floor. That sure from old man who stay before. And sometimes we found hair of animal.

All over very great to stay here.
