Cons:

I had high expectations for Mandarin Oriental Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service did not match the reputation of the brand at all. One staff member, Margaret, in particular, showed extremely poor behavior and was quite rude to us. It made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. I truly did not expect this level of service from such a hotel.

Top Lage und ausgezeichneter Service.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war einmalig, das Personal super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich bekam sogar eine kleine Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag aufs Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, eines davon roch etwas muffig, vielleicht war es auch die Feuchtigkeit, die reinkroch, weil es den ganzen Tag geregnet hatte. Und die Lobby ist etwas ungemütlich, was aber anders Architektur mit dem Fahrstuhl-Schacht liegt, der sich durch die gesamte Höhe des Hotels innen zieht.

Perfect family staycation
Pros:

My kids love this room, especially with the in-room slide. The design and structure of room is perfectly for family and significantly reduced chance of conflicts between siblings while keeping privacy to parents. Dolce Vita is another perfect restaurant we visited, not only the quality food, but also the atmosphere and the most important staff there.

Cons:

Front desk looks understaffed and the waiting time for checking in (on Friday) and out (Sunday) could be further improved.
