Very elegant
Pros:

Everything !!
But specifically, the rooms are beautiful and ours had the most incredible view of the Bay.
The concierge lounge was lovely too, although extremely quiet….. some low key music would have beenn nice.

Cons:

We needed to stay an extra night because of the Iran war and Emirates cancelling our flights. I asked how much an additional night would cost and the price I quoted and was double what we had been paying for our stay. I felt that this did not recognise us as valued customers and Really was taking advantage of our situation.

The room was a good size and the location was fantastic

Cons:

There was used glassware in the room that hadn’t been cleaned, with visible lipstick marks and fingerprints. The pool and gym also need attention—loose tiles were found in the shallow end, which we collected and handed to staff to prevent injuries.

Excellent location,view and services. Very conveniently located in the heart of Singapore with easy access.

Centrally located with ease of walking to most of the famous landmarks. Excellent service as to be expected from the Mandarin hotel group. Our room had a wonderfulocean view, the garden on the bay, the Singapore flyer and the Marina Bay Sands which was awesome.
