Pros:

Excellent accomodation, very friendly and well-prepared staff. The rooms are spacious, nice breakfast with many options, and there are snacks and drinks available during the whole day. The city center is easily accessible by metro. It was our first time in Madrid, but surely not the last, and we would gladly stay at ARTIEM again!

This was honestly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at in Europe. The room was big and spotless, and the bathroom was super spacious and comfortable. The furniture was shockingly comfortable too — like, everything about it felt warm and cozy. They even had such a detailed pillow selection, which I really wasn't expecting from a hotel.

The complimentary snacks were next level and so thoughtful — quinoa salads, veggie wraps, crab salad, sandwiches, and like 4-5 different desserts and bakery items. And on top of that, they had free beer and wine too, which was just the cherry on top. Honestly, the fact that all of this was complimentary was such a sweet touch, and everything tasted amazing too.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. And the staff — their attentiveness, their attitude — everything was perfect.

Don't let the distance from the city scare you off, by the way. You can grab an Uber to the center for around 10-15 euros or take the metro for 20 mins. I’ll be staying here again next time I'm in Madrid for sure. Thanks for everything!

A clean hotel in a very quiet area.
Comfortable bed and a wide selection of pillows. Delicious and varied breakfast. 24-hour buffet with delicious snacks and excellent coffee!

Cons:

The room was quite dark. There was little lighting or sunlight

Cons:

The fridge in the room wasn't very cold and there isn't much within walking distance to grab a bite at night.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good especially having a chef on hand to cook eggs and bacon on demand. Very helpful staff. Free snacks available in the evening and 24 hour free coffee machine
