Nice and cozy
Pros:

It is a nice, cozy hotel with everything you need for a short business trip. Additionally, they have a complimentary wine, local beer, and sandwiches in the evening, which was a very convenient and thoughtful touch.

Cons:

I was near the hall and elevator, so it was a bit noisy in the morning, but that was not an issue anyway.

Pros:

Todo ha estado súper bien, todo un detalle que con la estancia + desayuno te entrara un piscolabis de 14h a 3:00 am (hasta que se terminara) y que fuera gratuito en NINGÚN HOTEL HASTA AHORA he visto eso…
La gente que trabaja ahí un encanto y súper agradables y dedicados a hacer su trabajo y a cubrir las necesidades de los clientes.
Las habitaciones y los colchones súper cómodas!

Cons:

Si tuviera que decir algo… aun que estoy encantada con la experiencia vivida, el parking es un poco complicado y lo veo caro 16€ por noche…
Por otro lado, el shampoo que me ha secado mucho el pelo y la mascarilla va bien pero siento que el shampoo no es bueno…al día siguiente lo tenía seco y sin brillo, sugiero que lo cambien… y que bajen un poquito el precio del parking.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room clean and tidy. Bathroom was lovely and had everything you could need. Beds Extremely comfy.

Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient: only about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, and it’s also very easy to get to the city center. The метро station is just a 10-minute walk away.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, with bathrobes, slippers, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
I also booked breakfast, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. There was fish, cold cuts, cheeses, and a lovely lady preparing egg dishes to order, along with many other options.
What surprised me the most was that from morning until late evening, the hotel offers complimentary snacks and drinks in the buffet area: sandwiches, sweets, pastries, coffee, and all kinds of beverages. I honestly haven’t seen anything like this before.
The hotel left a truly wonderful impression on me, and I will definitely come back. It feels like an island of calm, comfort, and peace in the middle of a busy metropolis.

Pros:

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. The free snacks and drinks are great addition. Also supermarket is nearby. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Madrid.

Cons:

The hotel is far from the centre, so if you want a central location this hotel is not for you.

Pros:

Excellent hotel. Highly recommend. Slightly outside the city centre but was close to train station, so an easy hop into the city each day.
Design was so thoughtful, with plenty of shelving and storage in room.
Loved the breakfasts and access to tapas and drinks each afternoon. This was a game changer for us. Will return.

Great hotel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Great staff at the desk and in the breakfast room. Room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent with many, many quality choices available! Bus stop across the street, Metro 500m (1,650 feet) away from the entry. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Cons:

It is not exactly close to the center of Madrid, which takes about 35 to 40 minutes to get to from the hotel. We knew this beforehand, so it was fine with us!

Great hotel with lots of nice little extras.
Pros:

This is such a nice hotel. It exceeded my expectations. It is eco-friendly, staff are pleasant and helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. It even provides free round the clock snacks and an honour bar. Lots of nice little touches in the room as well. If you don’t minds staying a little out of Centro, it’s a great choice.

Cons:

It’s just a little outside of the action but there is a bus stop across the street and a metro station nearby
