Pros:

Personnel très aimable et attentionné. Mention spéciale pour carlos. Super petit déjeuner et collations à disposition gratuites.
Certes le parking est difficile mais tout a fait correct pour se stationner avec manoeuvres et prudence
Meme sil est loin du centre tout a fait accessible en metro et/ou bus. On reviendra et avec plaisir

Le prix un peu cher mais sinon vraiment top

Perfect!
Pros:

Lovely staff at the reception, very helpful with everything. Big and comfortable room, everything very clean. Great installations and eco-friendly mindset! Very easy to find place to park near the hotel. Great stay!

Uma gradável experiência. Muito boa a estadia.
Pros:

Foi a 2 ª vez que estive no Artiem Madrid, e como da primeira correu tudo bem. Desta vez estivemos uns dias de férias aproveitando a Páscoa. A simpatica dos funcionários, o conforto do quarto e o excelente serviço de self service café, água, snaks e bebidas. Thanks. Obrigado. Gracias.

Cons:

A localização não é a melhor, tem que se fazer tudo de transportes, mas o Hotel fica numa zona residencial bastante agradável.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, top Sauberkeit und einem hervorragenden Frühstück. Besonders gefallen haben mir die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke, das moderne Gym sowie das sehr bequeme Bett mit großer Kissenauswahl. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet safe family area.
So easy to get commute to center.
Perfect evening walks around the hotel with local bars and rest offering super great food.

The room was super clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are above and beyond what is normally offered.
Definitely will be staying here in any future trips to Madrid!
