Near to the beach

Cons:

I booked a room with a SEA VIEW, but they gave me one facing the PARKING LOT instead. I waited for hours at the reception just to check in, and the staff were slow and unhelpful. As if that wasn’t bad enough, on the day I was about to go out, there was suddenly NO WATER in the room — couldn’t shower, couldn’t even use the toilet. Completely unacceptable.

Swimming pool water very dirty.we saw staff only in swimming pool around 3pm.
Pros:

When I check in around 3pm. We found TV not functioning,informed them but no action till 8pm.Before we having our dinner the lady promised me to change our room. After dinner, we called back to follow up with them as the lady promise.but she went home without solving our problem.Lucky, one guy changed our room around 9pm.

Cons:

Our room TV is not functioning, in our room we saw rat running in the room.No restaurant as what I read in avitisment.never see security working or walk around to check.
