Superlocatie en prachtig hotel
Pros:

geweldig ontbijt, prachtig gebouw, supermooie locatie. Personeel was ook zeer lief voor onze hond, die altijd zeer makkelijk is, Salamanca is overigens een geweldige bestemming, schitterend centrum, superschoon, overal leuke restaurants

I expected a bit more.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. the room was spacious. charging station (a bit expensive, particularly for hybrids)

Cons:

the room had no temperature control working, becoming eventually a bit too hot, so we opened the window for air and the city noises... working machines, traffic, chatting, etc.
The phone in the room was not working.
For a hotel that accepts pets, they are not allowed anywhere in the hotel but the room. quite different from other pet friendly hotels.

Historic charm, perfect location, and a fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location near the Old Town with all sights within walking distance. The hotel is housed in a stunning historic building with a great atmosphere. We loved our comfortable room and the impressive breakfast selection (especially the cooked options). Highly recommended—we’ll be back!

Stylish, classic, perfect location, great staff.
Pros:

This place is classy and stylish - more so than we have found anywhere else is Spain. The location is spot on, the staff are very helpful and clearly well trained. The rooms is large and has everything we might need. We were a bit hot overnight but to be honest we didnt get up to try to find the air con . The car parking is safe, secure and easy as well as inexpensive.

Cons:

Nothing, it’s is very classy, old school feel. Thank you

Understated luxury...
Pros:

A wonderful hotel, excellent helpful friendly staff. The hotel is full of charm, history and being part the covent. Very comfortable and well appointed room with some nice little touches. A very nice restaurant with an excellent menu and knowledgeable staff. A very nice breakfast as well to suit all. It's location is great being only a few minutes walk from the main attractions of the amazing city of Salamanca. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There is nothing we didn't like, it more than met our expectations.

5 estrellas con calidad de 3 estrellas
Pros:

La ubicacion y mas vistas eran inmejorables. Habitación amplia y limpia.

Cons:

Las paredes no aislaban nada, se escuchaba el ruido del pasillo y de la calle. No pudimos hacer el check in a la hora prevista, tuvimos que esperar en recepcion para hacerlo de forma manual y nos pidieron dejar la tarjeta de credito para aplicar posibles costes (luego no habia precios de los extras en la habitacion). Sin duda, malisima experiencia solo de entrada. El unico extra que conociamos era el de la mascota, que era bastante elevado. Si hubiese sido un 3 estrellas, le hubiera dado un 10, pero siendo un 5 estrellas se queda muy corto!

Beautiful hotel in great location. Very welcoming and comfortable.
