Pros:

Location is good and if you go to Cuenca, try to book a hotel next to the gliff up to the old town. View from the dining room is very beautiful.

Cons:

Instruction how to get to the hotel. Parking is in public carrage along a very narrow street and you need to walk the street down or up to the hotel.

O hotel está muito bem localizado a poucos minutos do centro. O quarto era espaçoso e os funcionários muito atenciosos. Acabamos por comprar o pequeno almoço já no hotel que era delicioso!

Cons:

A nossa experiência no hotel foi globalmente positiva, com apenas um detalhe importante que impediu que fosse perfeita. Quando chegámos, o quarto estava desconfortavelmente quente. Contactámos a receção e sugeriram-nos que desligássemos a ventilação, mas a situação não melhorou. Acabámos por ter de dormir com as janelas abertas devido ao calor insuportável — sendo março, nem quero imaginar como será no verão. Consequentemente, não descansámos bem devido ao ruído exterior e à temperatura elevada. Li comentários recentes de outros hóspedes e parece ser um problema recorrente

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Muy bien reacondicionado y muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Muy pocos servicios. El parking del coche tiene un coste adicional. No hay servicios de spa. La habitación tiene un tamaño pequeño para ser estándar.

We kozen voor roomservice.
Deze was ondermaats. Gerechten waren zo goed als (pizza) ofwel helemaal koud. zoals de Hamburger en kip in Caesar salade.

Pros:

2nd time at this hotel, lots of parking space and a warm welcome, bags carried to our room. Restaurant food is excellent far superior to one of the 'reccomended' restaurants in the town. great location with the old part of the bcity all within walking distance.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien situé pour les visites de la vieille ville de Salamanque.

Nous avons été assez mal accueillis à L'Hospes Palacio après une longue route et une arrivée tardive sur place. L'un des hommes à l'accueil ce soir là, s'est montré assez méprisant et nous a parlés avec autorité car nous étions en compagnie de notre jolie chienne. Il nous a indiqué une décharge en cas de détérioration. Son acolyte tout à fait gentil à ses cotés en était même gêné. Globalement le personnel dans cet hôtel n'est franchement pas accueillant et ni souriant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel étant stratégique, l'afflux touristique est assuré. Pas besoin de faire des efforts avec la clientèle ..

Superlocatie en prachtig hotel
Pros:

geweldig ontbijt, prachtig gebouw, supermooie locatie. Personeel was ook zeer lief voor onze hond, die altijd zeer makkelijk is, Salamanca is overigens een geweldige bestemming, schitterend centrum, superschoon, overal leuke restaurants

Historic charm, perfect location, and a fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location near the Old Town with all sights within walking distance. The hotel is housed in a stunning historic building with a great atmosphere. We loved our comfortable room and the impressive breakfast selection (especially the cooked options). Highly recommended—we’ll be back!
