Pros:

The room is nice, comfy bed and good shower that gets warm quickly. Also has a fridge.
It's nearer the quiet end of beach.
Water dispenser and some sweets in lobby.

Cons:

We had the room by the entrance, so people were always looking in the window. The pipes from the room above must go through the room, you can hear every toilet flush.
Had issues with the online check in and felt they were slow to respond. Didn't respond on WhatsApp or booking, only by email.
Unclear if there is a breakfast on offer, they put it out but said it was for display.
Ants in the room but just a few.

Pros:

Exceptionally clean property. Well located within walking distance of the Old Town and a few minutes from the beach.

Cons:

The property is not staffed outside core hours and does not have hotel-like services / reception staff available. Remember to charge your phone as you will need this to access the property. Some rooms are smaller than others so suggest requesting a larger sized room.

Pros:

Établissement propre … neuf… calme… cafetière à disposition dans la chambre avec capsules.. produits dans la sdb lait de corps… lit très confortable… serviettes de toilettes de qualité..bonbons à l accueil cafetière et biscuits… lieu calme et sécurisé par des codes … bonne odeur dans les couloirs.. au top j ai adoré…

Pros:

Very nice room, super comfortable, nice sheets and towels. Nice touches like the teas, the delicious biscuits, even there is an umbrella for you. Spotless, nice location and quiet. Bright room

Cons:

I liked everything. Even if it is self chec-in, it is a warm place, with personal touches like handwriting note.

Pros:

La habitación, la limpieza del hotel. La comodidad de la cama. La tranquilidad de la zona donde estábamos. La calidad atención de sus recepcionistas. El desayuno muy bueno, hay que pagar 13 euros por persona, pero tiene buena relación calidad precio.

Reservamos habitaciones dobles y en ningun momento nos avisaron que era cama matrimonio, una habitación doble en todas partes son dos camas a menos que se pida expresamente que sea una sola cama de matrimonio (y no la pedimos). Tuvimos que compartir cama doble dos personas sin relacion de pareja, muy incomodo e inapropiado que no nos avisaran de esto.
La habitación tenía un excesivo olor a lejía, tuvimos que abrir la ventana por la noche ya que no se aguantaba respirar ese fuerte olor.
Solo habia una toalla de lavabo, si es una reserva para dos personas debería haber una para cada uno.
Tampoco hay personal que te atienda, todo muy frio e impersonal, te obligan a hacer el chek-in por internet y pasar una foto de tu dni. No se puede entrar antes de las 15h y cuando llegas ahi no hay nadie en recepcion, solo un telefono que también tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no contestaban… y cuando nos contestaron y les explicamos tampoco solucionaron nada

Zona Ondarreta ideal
Pros:

Hotel moderno a un paso de la playa de Ondarreta.

Cons:

No hay parquing en el edificio, alrededores zona azul y verde. Te recomiendan parquing cercano.
