Categories

Cleanliness
8.1
Generally reported as clean (cleaning service, 'propre'), but a few reviews mention smoking smell in rooms and an older bathroom, slightly lowering the score.
Service
8.9
Many comments praise staff (Abraham, Giovanni, Jorge) and customer service; a few notes about brusque receptionists and check-in issues create some variability.
Location
9.3
Consistently praised for being very close to the airport and having transfer/Hertz onsite; occasional note that the area is isolated with no nearby shopping.
Room Quality
7.6
Several guests liked the rooms and beds, but there are complaints about an old TV (no Netflix/Prime), some aging bathrooms, and occasional smoking odors in rooms.
Amenities
8.5
Positive mentions of breakfast buffet, restaurant, shuttle/transfer, gym and Hertz facility support a strong amenities score, though food options are sometimes described as limited.
Value for Money
7
Multiple reviewers explicitly call the price high or 'muy caro' relative to what is offered, which reduces the value score.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast buffet and restaurant dinners are frequently praised as varied and delicious; a few notes about limited breakfast options for very early flights or occasional order mistakes.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall sentiment is positive—excellent for short stays and airport proximity—with isolated negative outliers (poor stays, booking errors) but more frequent praise for staff, food and location.

A decent stay for the night
Pros:

A short drive to the airport, decent food at the restaurant, and a nice ice cream bar.

Cons:

The sheets and bed quality isn't the best, the staff aren't that welcoming, and the breakfast isn't good at all.

Un excelente hotel cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Great for a one night stay after arriving at airport
Pros:

The location so close to the airport is just hard to beat; it's only a 5 minutes drive. The fact that they have a Hertz rental facility nailed it for me. I would definitely select this place for my next visit.

Cons:

It is a bit isolated so that there are no shopping options at walking distance.
