The stay was pleasant and the location of the hotel was very good.

Cons:

There were two minor issues during our stay. The shower temperature was inconsistent, as it was either very cold or very hot, there was no pleasant warm temperature for a shower, and although we informed reception, the situation did not improve. Probably a problem with the water heater.
Additionally, our room was located in front of the main entrance, which caused some noise from people coming in and out.

L’hôtel pour un 4 étoiles mérite une rénovation complète. Heureusement le personnel est agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant et à l’écoute. Néanmoins la chambre était très petite avec trop de meubles et la douche trop petite.

Cons:

La salle de bain est trop petite surtout la douche. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, les confitures sont liquides, sans saveur.

Cons:

Ágypaplan 1 nagy volt a 2 főnek, ezért éjjel huzogattuk egymásról .Ez miatt nem sikerült végigaludni az éjszakát.

Formidable hotel. Excelente y muy abundante desayuno

Excelentes camas y muy confortable el hotel. Muy cómodas las habitaciones. El decorado es hermoso. Excelente desayuno, muy abundante y variado. El personal hablaba en español y se preocuparon mucho por nuestra estadía.

Lo complicado que es para llegar. Pero eso es propio de la ciudad

Accessibility to San Marco side and Rialto on the other side, all within walking distance only. The building itself feels very Venitian
