Verouderde kamer en vooral verouderde badkamer, schimmelgeur, kapotte tegels, vieze silicone, plekken in badkuip

As instalações estão muito ruins, ar condicionado não funcionava direito, teto do quarto descascando. Falta de manutenção, e passei calor dentro do quarto.

O frigobar do quarto não funcionava as bebidas dentro todas quente em pleno verão. Muito ruim.

Mesmo reclamando dessas questões não deram opção de um outro quarto, dizendo que o hotel estava cheio.

Falta de administração, pois jamais poderiam ter deixado eu e minha esposa num quarto nessas condições, sendo que não paguei barato.

Na área do café da manhã, entrada e área comum os ambientes muito quente. ar condicionado muito fraco.

A pessoa funcionária da cozinha foi rude e faltou com respeito em um momento do café da manhã

Não volto mais nesse hotel. Deveriam tirar o status de 4 estrela, não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Muito decepcionado

Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht geschmeckt.

We arrived to a power outage in 40 degree heat. It was out of the control of the hotel as it was a Venice controlled outage but we were never notified. When the power came on after 1 1/2 hours from our arrival, there was no air conditioning even though they advertise air conditioning. When the staff was asked about the air conditioning, they advised that it is really hard to have when it’s that hot, however right across the path outside our hotel was another property that had air conditioning pouring out their windows. We literally stood there to cool off.
There was no shower curtain, the room smelt like old cigarettes and when I tried to use the hair dryer, it just stopped working. It felt like the goal of the hotel was to ensure discomfort as they wanted you in a perpetual state of moisture

This hotel needs to be closed immediately while new air conditioning is installed. The hotel states it has air conditioning but I could blow colder air! Our room did not reduce lower than 28 degrees and when we complained multiple times we were told that due to the hot weather it was ‘struggling to cope!’. It was completely unacceptable as the other hotels in the same area had air con so it was clearly due to poor maintenance or old age. Breakfast was a sauna, the poor staff had sweat pouring off their faces and their hair was soaked to their heads (but they worked on with a big smile trying to keep professional).
The lift drops three inches when more than two people enter, leaving no confidence in the hotels facilities.
It’s a beautiful hotel, with stunning Murano chandeliers, Venetian chairs and artwork but this meant nothing when you are sleeping in a bed of sweat at 28 degrees. Sorry hotel, you could have been amazing.

We hadden een kamer geboekt met twee tweepersoonsbedden, maar kregen uiteindelijk één tweepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonsbedden. Aangezien we met twee stellen reisden, was deze indeling niet ideaal. Daarnaast verbleven we niet in het hoofdgebouw, maar in een bijgebouw. Dit voelde iets minder goed onderhouden aan dan het hoofdgebouw.

Een punt dat losstaat van de accommodatie: wij arriveerden tijdens hoogwater (acqua alta), waardoor de aanlegplaats van onze watertaxi meerdere keren werd gewijzigd. Uiteindelijk moesten we met onze bagage een flink stuk door Venetië lopen. Het is daarom verstandig om bij aankomst rekening te houden met de waterstand en eventuele wijzigingen in het vervoer.

La recepción esta en un edificio a parte de donde estaba la habitación. De noche, no está bien señalado la ubicación.

No funcionaba el ascensor y las escaleras empinadas con las maletas y los peques fueron un inconveniente.
Somos una familia con dos celíacos y la camarera del desayuno fue al principio poco simpática. Después nos trajo todo y cambió de actitud.
De nuestra habitación salíamos directamente a la sala de desayunos

The airport transfer was arranged in advance and I filled out the credit card form for payment. That the hotel sent me. When we arrived at the property they would only accept Euros. Since I filled out the CC slip I did not plan to bring enough Euros so I had to go to the ATM to get Euros which cost $50.00 transaction fee, as well as international fees. So the transfer to the airport cost $80.00 more than it should have. This should be told up front when booking the transfer that is only Euros.

Worst Hotel Experience We’ve Ever Had

We travel frequently and have stayed in all kinds of hotels, from budget accommodations to luxury properties. We chose Ca’ dei Conti Hotel for our honeymoon weekend because of its excellent location in the heart of Venice, and we expected it to be a memorable stay for all the right reasons. Unfortunately, it became memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to share that we were celebrating our honeymoon and expressed our expectations regarding the room. We never received any reply or acknowledgment.

From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and made us feel like guests were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Hospitality was simply missing.

The breakfast was by far the worst we have ever experienced in any hotel. Coffee was served from a pot rather than freshly prepared. The “fried eggs” looked more like egg porridge covered with an unpleasant sauce. The selection consisted of ham, potato pancakes, some kind of pancakes, canned marinated fruit, and a few croissants that were carefully rationed by the staff, as if guests were not supposed to take more than one. There were no fresh vegetables, very little fresh fruit, and absolutely no variety. We stayed for four nights, and the breakfast was exactly the same every single morning. It was especially disappointing considering we were in Italy, a country famous for its food and hospitality.

The biggest shock came after we returned home. Both of us were covered with what appear to be bed bug bites all over our bodies. If this was the hotel’s honeymoon gift, it is certainly one we will never forget. Besides the discomfort, it caused us significant stress and concern after returning home.

We almost never leave negative reviews because we understand that no hotel is perfect. However, this experience was so poor that we feel a responsibility to warn other travelers.

Eggs were quite runny, no option for well done eggs or an omlette.

Small, no facilities
