Pros:

The staff was quick, friendly, accommodating and let me know of the amenities before going to my room. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with setting me up with the rewards program.

Cons:

Only complaint is how close the toilet is to the bathroom door, making it hard to use the bathroom.
