If you want a nice. hotel in the area, I can highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff was the best. They were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. There were other ammenities like the gym room that I didn't take advantage of, but a brother of mine did and he liked it.

Cons:

This is probably just me as I had the same problem recently in another hotel, the blanket on the bed was too heavy and warm for my taste at this time of year. Fortunately there was an additional lighter blanket I could use.

I didn’t like that housekeeping wasn’t everyday and no one said anything about that when I checked in.

Just what we needed.
Pros:

We were in a suite with two bedrooms with king size beds and a kitchen. That set up was perfect for our group.

The breakfast was good. I wish it was open till 11 on weekends.

The pool looked beautiful. I wish it opened an hour earlier and closed an hour later. We weren't able to go in.

Cons:

The front desk staff really couldn't give us good information about the area.

The shuttle does not run on the weekends. That's crazy!

I wish the kitchen in our suite had a bigger trash can and that it was more fully stocked. In particular we would have liked a cookie sheet, cake pans, and a peeler for vegetables.

המיקום מאד ספציפי - רחוק מאיזורי התיירות. מדובר בדירת אירוח עם מטבח מאובזר מקלחת וחדר שינה. מאד מאד נוח. מזגן מעולה, ארוחת בוקר מעולה. עם קבלתי קיבלתי שני בקבוקי מים.

Cons:

אין דורמן - וצריך ללכת די הרבה כדי להגיע לחדר.

Wedding Stay Review
Pros:

We booked a room block with The Hyatt House in White Plains for our wedding. 10/10 Recommend. From our initial experience with Robert, to check-in with Daisa, everything was fantastic. Daisa was happy, professional and kind. It was such a refreshing experience. We complimented her on this as we checked in and the customer behind us said "yup, that's why we keep coming back!" - we will back as well. Special thank you to Steven!

Pros:

Way above my expectations. The facility itself is clean and just feels new. The night before while traveling, my Residence Inn was stuck in the 1970's. The front desk was friendly and professional. Great location. I recommend this location- HIGHLY.

Fantastic Place For A Long Business Trip
Pros:

I stayed here for an extended 6-week business trip and I had a fantastic experience overall. Parking and breakfast are free, the rooms and hotel were clean, the staff was fantastic, and the amenities were overall very nice.

There were only minimal items that I experienced issues with and all of them would likely not even be an issue for anyone on a shorter stay.

I stayed in a suite with a full kitchenette. The fridge has no icemaker and there are no ice machines in the hotel so the only way to get ice was to go down and ask the bartender in the lobby bar for some. I also wound up getting a few extra kitchen items from the dollar store because there were no pans or potholders for baking things in the oven.

The breakfast buffet was really nice for a free service, but it would sometimes be hit or miss if the French toast/pancakes/waffles were cold or the scrambled eggs had a strange texture, etc.

Finally, the Wi-fi is relatively fine unless you're trying to download something or play games and none of the three phone jacks I found in the room provided ethernet connectivity. That was a bummer but, again, it was also a pretty niche issue.

Overall, I really do recommend this place if you're in the White Plains area.
