Disappointing
Cons:

The room smells like mold
We selected this property because the description stated EV charging stations. They did not work. The desk clerk stated they have not worked in months. I checked the app EVgo did not show that station connected. This was false advertising.

Favorite place to stay when we visit the area.
Pros:

This hotel was in an excellent location for our needs. Great that suites include a kitchen. Beds are comfortable and quiet hallways.

Disappointed in this hotel
Pros:

Location only
A dangerous malfunction was the
shower doors would not close so the entire bathroom (which is very small) flooded.

Cons:

They charged me twice so I asked the front desk to fix it. I paid through book.com then the hotel charged me.

I booked two beds but I was unable to get that once I got to the hotel
They gave me a king suit. The couch bed was very uncomfortable plus I only had one pillow and one blanket.

I would not recommend this hotel

Amazing Time!!
Pros:

My stay at the Hyatt was truly exceptional, and I have to give special recognition to Laquinn Shuler for making the experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, his hospitality and genuine compassion stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, accommodated, and taken care of in every way possible.

It’s rare to encounter someone who not only does their job well but does it with such warmth and intention. Laquinn anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled everything with professionalism and grace. Because of him, my stay felt elevated, personal, and seamless.

Thank you, Laquinn, for your kindness and dedication—it truly does not go unnoticed. I would absolutely return and recommend this location based on the level of service I received.

It was just okay.
Pros:

It was great after I got the right room.

Cons:

The first room was a little hole in the wall. It was awful. Was supposed to have a king studio. When I went to the front desk, they said I was in a studio. I said well there was only a microwave there. And then I showed him on the Internet where it said a studio/suite. He acted after that like I did me a favor by upgrading into a suite/studio complementary, of course. Hilton plays games and you have to be real careful about what you’re booking with them. Customer beware.

Beyond expectations!!
Pros:

I had to stay for a week to care for a family member that had surgery in White Plains. Choosing this hotel was the best thing we did. Fantastic location a short walk from Wegman's . Quiet, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Lovely property for spending time outdoors. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast buffet with both hot and cold items, and generous noon checkout time. Wonderful!!
