Excellent stay
Pros:

The property is just perfect. It has kitchenette with all essentials, fitness gym, laundry room, breakfast buffet, free parking, basketball, pool and unlimited coffee access, they also have grilling area on a first come first serve basis, comfortable bed, staff are mostly nice, greets you with a smile, they also have an ATM machine inside their office room, wegmans is just 9 min walk or 2 min drive, westchester mall is just 9 min drive. I also appreciate that they provide ceramic plates and silverware on their breakfast buffet for their guests. And i like that they have policy on quite time and strict on smoking.

housekeeping sometimes left clutter in hallways. But they were very friendly and did a nice job.

Pros:

Happy for my purposes.

Cons:

Some furnishings need work. They were chipped, which made them easy to scrape against skin. Also somewhat outdated,toilet needs to be at comfort height,HOWEVER, shower was excellent.

Hidden gem.
Pros:

This was not top quality goods for the price. Although your staff was excellent, I refer to Emilio.
Pros:

The convenient location although for overpriced tiny room & wet lobby i would rather drive further.

Cons:

First time at Hyatt House anywhere
Room was 327D it was a half of a room but we were charged full price that was shameful. Also both my husband and I slipped & fell on wet floor no sign posted front lobby approx 12:42 Sunday 6/28 cameras will reflect that.
The mattress was lumpy but clearly that was the least of our problems
