Pros:

Very comfortable. Nice setup with living room area and kitchenette.

Cons:

The hotel would've been great....but it took forever to get hot water in the bathroom sink and shower. The water in the bathroom sink dribbled out. Thank goodness gor the kitchen sink where we were able to wash up. Housekeeping should've noticed this and it should've been repaired before other guests stayed there.

The 1st night we had the do not disturb sign and never went to clean the room. Have to take towels and tp from the carts in the hallways.

No Staff for Hours
Pros:

There was no one available to check me in for over an hour upon arrival. No one present was able to provide a reasonable explanation for why the reception area was unattended. After waiting, it took an additional hour for a staff member to finally assist us.
While the security guard, Rory, and the gentleman at the bar did their best to help, they were unable to check guests in or offer assistance beyond basic support and calming frustrated guests.
This was a very disappointing experience and not something I have ever encountered at a hotel. Due to the significant inconvenience, I will be requesting a refund. I will not recommend this location.

Not a good experience at all.
Pros:

Waited 30 minutes for desk clerk to arrive to check us in. Billed on cancelled reservation, so paid twice for same 4-day stay. No room freshening even though 4 day stay and written request for same. Powdered scrambled eggs every morning.

Good location. Clean enough and comfortable beds

Cons:

Hot water was luke warm at best for 2 mornings, staff did not clean room frist night. Breakfast was terrible. Power eggs were uneatable. Hashbrowns were cold. Coffee was empty. We will not be back.

Lovely hotel needs more staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast. I found the hotel to be understaffed at the front desk and in housekeeping. Our room was not serviced while we were out for 9.5 hours.

Had a great stay!
Pros:

Everything was comfortable, staff were kind, helpful, and authentic, ordered food from bar and it was good, enjoyed my stay, would return.

Cons:

I expected the room to have a toaster somewhere in the cupboards, didn't find one and didn't ask if one was available, so minor detail.

Pros:

I had originally reserved a room with a full kitchen, and when I got to the hotel, they upgraded me to two rooms, which was great, but it didn't have the full kitchen that I was ready to cook in .. I thought I was gonna get a full stove full refrigerator. So my food went to waste and I ate out more than I'd like to admit.
