Super!
Pros:

Het was een goed hotel, de accommodatie was goed, hygiëne was goed, etc. Wat er uit sprong was het personeel dat zo aardig en behulpzaam is. Ze hielpen super waar nodig en waren altijd in voor een praatje waneer je dat zelf wilde, kortom echt super personeel!

Cons:

Location/ area. Very dangerous area.. pool was not clean. Fireplace was not working and chairs outside were dirty with no cushions. Homeless people around the area.

Okay. Probably would choose a different hotel for the price.

Nice room. Okay view and location.

Cons:

Sheets and comforter wasn't clean. I had to ask for new ones. Dishwasher didn't work. AC in the double bed room didn't work. I was told different locations of where to throw away my trash from the room.

Attractive facility, great staff and comfortable room! I would come again!
Pros:

Breakfast was great! The female employee working the eating area during breakfast hours on March 19-22, 2026 was very helpful and made sure we guests had everything we needed whether it was food or supplies.
My room was laid out nice and I liked that it had a kitchenette, bedroom and living room area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the TownePlace Suites. I would come again.

Cons:

There was a missing screw on the small living room table, which caused it to tilt a little if I didn't lay items on it "just so". also, the kitchenette sink faucet was loose. It didn't cause a problem with getting water from it, it just caught me by surprise.
