The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of all the areas, and breakfast was amazing. They really went above beyond to make sure our families stay was excellent from check in to check out.
I usually still clean my room after checking. I would have loved to see less dirty after cleaning what was already a clean room but again that's just me. We only had 1 washcloth in the room would love for at least 1 for each person. Again no big deal we were able to get what we needed with no issues.

I liked the hotel but they’re currently renovating so you do see construction around the building. Besides that the hotel is nice.
Customer service and location were great for airport convince.
Checked in after cancelled flight so we only stayed a few hours. The bed was comfortable. The dispensers in the shower were empty and there was not a hair dryer in the room. The shuttle to the airport was very nice and the main reason we chose this hotel. In their defense the hotel was undergoing a major renovation and looks like it will be very nice when completed.

The property was very clean. However , construction was still underway, and the swimming pools along with the lobby area were not in operating condition.
Great staff, place is under renovation but they have plenty of rooms.
Seaside at front desk went out of her way to help us with shuttles. Hotel is under construction so hard to judge it. Our room was updated. Scratchy sheets.
The rooms are newly renovated. They are renovating the front of the property but it's all good. Free shuttle going to the airport. Perfect for families.
It was under construction, when booked it did not know or was told under construction. Holes in walls and ceiling. Light in bathroom was broke, sink in bathroom was cracked, and a.c. Unit did not work in room. Once construction is completed I imagine it will be a nice hotel.
