Pros:

国際通り、市場本通（アーケード）、平和通り（アーケード）に徒歩5分圏内。

Cons:

アパートを利用した民泊施設なので、エントランスがとても狭い。
予約時の設備表記や部屋の利用マニュアルと、現物が違うため問い合わせの電話をしたところ、福岡県のオペレーターが対応してきたが、埒があかなかった。部屋のオーナーに対応されたが、こちらは外国のかたで、物腰は普通。マニュアル変更をするとのことだが、滞在中の解決はなかった。

Pros:

1.線上辦理入住登記，現場依照入住mail指示就可以開門（電子鎖）及入住。不會有入住報到時間的壓力。
2.電視牆面有一整細長條的桌子可以放東西。
3.有洗衣機及提供洗衣精，並利用浴室暖送風機，洗衣方便，曬浴室也很快乾。
4.有小吧檯及小廚房，提供簡便餐具廚具洗碗精，方便用餐及清洗餐具。
5.住宿旁有3個停車場（飯店1樓-較貴＆位子少、飯店對面-Times較貴、飯店旁邊-過夜1100日幣較便宜但只收現金-出口閘門投錢），自駕租車要停車很方便。

Cons:

1.房間內插座比較少，或插座老舊很鬆導致無法充電，建議要自己帶延長線。
2.床墊分上下層，尺寸有一點不同（上大下小），直接坐下（沒注意到）坐太邊緣會掉下床。
