有天白天出門前遇上門鎖故障(上鎖後無法打開情形)，求助1F工作人員，她主動幫忙確認故障情形及確認我們返回時間(使用翻譯軟體)，在這期間內連繫飯店管理員來維修，非常感謝她!!

安く泊まれるのに立地良し！ホテルというよりウィークリーマンション感覚。
Pros:

洗濯機、洗濯洗剤、浴室乾燥機が付いてたのが連泊や海に行ったので助かりました。あとウィークリーマンションのようにキッチン、レンジ、冷蔵庫、特にちゃんとした冷凍庫が付いてるのが本当良かったです！お土産凍らせて持って帰れるし、保冷剤や氷もしっかり冷凍できます！
立地も市場や国際通り、公設市場、ドン・キホーテの近く。人気のポーたま店の横にある割と安い駐車場も近くて良かったです。

Cons:

ホテル内の入り口が狭く、エレベーターも一台。セルフチェックインの機械もエレベーター目の前にあるため、誰かがチェックインしてるとエレベーターが使いづらい。
基本外国人が多い。

Pros:

Great location! The hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping areas, including Ichiran Ramen and Don Quijote. Very convenient for exploring Naha.

地理位置真的很不錯，逛逛很方便

Cons:

雖然有附可煮的爐，但沒有提供鍋子呀，再來就是離床太近了，若沒有要讓客人煮東西，那就把這些廚具撤換吧，這樣空間可以大點，可讓客人放全開的行李箱。
清潔度可再提升些
