reception and staff

Cons:

everything! room was too hot asked reception how to get aircon on properly said it had changed for winter!! couldn't open windows as it was extremely noisy outside the hotel so could not sleep was full of drug addicts everywhere and groups of men walking round drinking and smoking weed outside and on pavements did not feel safe walking round the tram station was not safe loads of nutters everywhere would not recommend this

Hotel near to station
Pros:

The hotel is a very short walk from the station and the trams and buses. Our room had good sound insulation so we were not disturbed. It was a moderate walk into the town or one could take the tram.

Cons:

When my wife stayed here with my daughter she had a good meal in their restaurant. Unfortunately this seems to have closed. The booking.com details do not mention a restaurant but they do say there is a bar which was also shut.
Another guest had enjoyed a McDonalds at some point and left the wrappers etc in the foyer. I was surprised that the staff had not cleared it away as was not a welcoming sight in the morning.

Super Zimmer und Service!
Pros:

Wir konnten nach dem Checkout noch unsere Tasche dort lassen und tatsächlich hatte ich einen Artikel im Zimmer vergessen, welcher dann ebenfalls unten hinterlegt war. Ganz lieben Dank für dieses unkomplizierte und hervorragende Vorgehen der super netten Mitarbeiter!!

Top Lage, schnell am Bahnhof, in der Altstadt. Viele Busse und Bahnen direkt vor der Tür. Super nettes Personal, immer hilfsbereit!!

Ok for a nights stay whilst visiting for 36hours

Clean & efficient staff

Cons:

Very close to train station - felt needed to be very aware of surroundings particularly in the evening! Lots of people and hustle & bustle
