Комфортное пребывание
Pros:

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Чисто, уютно и отличное расположение в центре города — всё рядом и очень удобно.
Отдельно хочу отметить работу персонала — девушки на ресепшене были очень внимательными и доброжелательными. Меня без проблем заселили раньше времени, что было очень кстати после дороги.
Также помогли организовать поздний выезд и вызвать такси — всё прошло быстро и без лишних вопросов.
В целом сервис оставил очень приятное впечатление, чувствуется забота о гостях. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Englisch Kenntnisse waren insbesondere bei den Damen in der Rezeption sehr gut. Bei anderen Angestellten wurde eben mit Handzeichen oder Translator kommuniziert
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Allgemein war Personal sehr aufmerksam ( Türen aufhalten, Gepäck abnehmen)


Gesamt gesagt komme ich gerne wieder.

Cons:

Einzige Kleinigkeit die besser hätte sein können war der ständige Wechsel von Kalten zu sehr Heißen Duschwasser.

Excellent location, great facilities and very helpful staff, really enjoyable stay overall.
Pros:

Great stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, and the facilities such as the gym and sauna were a great addition. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I’d particularly like to thank Aibek, Aisulu, and Yestey for helping me with my itinerary, arranging taxis, and assisting with check-in and check-out, the whole process was very smooth.

Cons:

The shower temperature was a bit inconsistent, it was either too hot or too cold. This may have just been an issue with my room.
