Excellent newly refurbished hotel with great service
Pros:

Great hotel. Very attentive staff. I arrived early and they let me check in around 9am, way before the official check in time. Newly refurbished. Everything is new, clean and in perfect condition. It has a small gym, decent size for a hotel. They also offer massage in the hotel, which I can recommend. Very quite, the hotel was not very busy.

Good hotel if you stay not and street view rooms.

Location is good, Breakfast is perfect.
Very friendly staff (Thanks to reception lady Aisulu)

Clean and relatively new hotel
Umbrella possibility if it is rainy :)

Cons:

Early check-in time is 08.00 AM (If you arrive earlier, the hotels demand is %100 payment)
If your room is with streetview, it is very noisy. It harms your comfort of sleep. The hotel should fix voice insulation.
