Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Struttura carina, stanza spaziosa. All'arrivo trovi in camera dei biscotti e frutta fresca, delle bibite e in omaggio 2 bottigliette d'acqua al giorno, a noi essendo in 4 ne lasciavano 4. Interessante la possibilità di accedere per tutto il soggiorno all'Atlantis (che avendo trovato brutto tempo ha salvato la nostra vacanza). È a 10 minuti a piedi da Cabbage Beach. Vicino alla partenza del taxi boat.

Cons:

Un po' lenti nel servizio bar/ristorante (ma lo sono in tutta l'isola). Colazione varia ma non eccezionale. Wi-fi pessimo.

Hotel is dated. 3rd floor smells musty. Water pressure was not good. Mirror was scratched. Outdoor pool was nice.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Nette Poolbar mit guten Cocktails. Nähe zum Wasserpark des Atlantis.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. In Fluren und Zimmern roch es muffig. Aus unserem Wasserhahn kam kaum Wasser. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Es müsste dringend investiert werden!

Convenient Airport Location with Friendly Staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guatemala City. The location was absolutely ideal being so close to the airport made my arrival and departure incredibly convenient and stress-free.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally helpful, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The room did not have a hair dryer, which would have been a useful amenity. The sheets also seemed quite old and even had some holes, which took away from the overall comfort. Additionally, breakfast options were limited, as there was only one set meal available each day with no alternatives to choose from.
