Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The room was not what I expected however the staff tried their best to make up for the inconvenience.

Une super belle expérience inoubliable!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner etait bien par contre a plusieurs reprise j’ai demandé pour du pain sans gluten comme disponible sur tout l’emplacement Atlantis, Coral, royal, cove et Reef. Sans aucun succès. Donc des œufs sans pain pas idéal. Le lait pour le café en poudre dilué dans de l’eau pas super non plus. Apart cela le déjeuner était satisfaisant avec fruits frais, bacon danoises, jus.

Cons:

Lits, oreillés et les tapis du couloir qui mène à la sortie pour l’Atlantis.

Bahamas, Nassau, Comfort suites - nie warte swojej ceny !!!!
Pros:

Jeżeli ktoś się już zdecyduje na urlop na Bahama i Nassau to lokalizacja tego hotelu jest bardzo praktyczna.

Cons:

Zapach w korytarzach i pokoju. Wszystko jest stare. Śniadanie okropne, jak na stołówce dla bezdomnych.

Einzig und allein der enthaltene Eintritt ins Atlantis macht sinn.

Comfort und Suite ist hier nicht das Programm. Mal allen voraus wirbt man hier mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Davon ist es aber Meilenweit entfernt. Personal teilweise unfreundlich, das Frühstück unter aller Kanone! Rührei, Würste oder Speck abwechselnd, Obst nur Melone. Waffeln Toast. Das wars.! Wurst Käse? Fehlanzeige! Kaffee aus Pappbechern. Saft wässrig und ungeniessbar. Stahl-Stühle und Stahl-Tische ohne Tischdecken / Auflagen. Sehr bieder! WC Spülung? Ein Dauer Ärgernis und nicht mal eine Klobürste! Ekelhaft, wenn man seine Spuren nicht wegmachen kann. Überall muffiger Geruch. Wasser und Teebeutel werden auch nur sporadisch oder gar nicht nachgefüllt. Das ganze Interrioer aus den 60igern. Kühlschrank total vergilbt. Und die klimaanlage, soo halb in die wand gemauert, tönt wie ein alter Traktor. Schlafen? Fehlanzeige. Laut oder Warm!? Macht euch selbst ein Bild. PS: 2100$ für 2 Zimmer 3 Nächte

Overall, worth some minor inconveniences for a great deal
Pros:

By far, the best value for unlimited access to the Atlantis property and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the waterpark and beaches, and how straightforward the process was to acquire the necessary wristbands each day (including on the days we checked in and out). We were also very impressed that there was daily housekeeping, as well as a full breakfast available from 7-10am every morning. A poolside manager's rum punch reception offered three times a week right around the time guests are checking in was a fun bonus.

Cons:

The room was clean and comfortable, but the building is quite old, which are very obvious even over a short stay (we were there for 3 nights). For example, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, as was the coffee and juice machines in the East Wing breakfast room and the only microwave on the property outside of the restaurant's kitchen. We were grateful that the air conditioning was fully functional, but it was extremely loud, even with earplugs. The water in our shower reached scalding temperatures with the slightest turn of the dial. There is also a generally smell throughout the hotel that is vaguely reminiscent of stagnating water. The hotel provided two bottles of water each day as well as pitchers of water in the common area in the afternoons, but this had to be flavored with lemons and cucumbers to mask the odd taste of anything that originated from the taps.

Location!! Right next to the Atlantis and use of all of the amenities. Nice pool, free breakfast.

Cons:

Ran out of food/utensils, at breakfast. Didn't always have a clean bath mat or amenities from housekeeping
Could use major updates on decor, bathrooms, we stayed on the first floor with sliders right out to the pool patio. Which was nice...However, you have to walk past the back of the kitchen to get there and it smelled like mildew, dirty carpet. Very strong smell in the hallways not so bad in the room. Bathroom fan and air conditioner and ice machine were very very loud like an airplane! Little fruit flies in The room

Un attrape touriste sans charme
Pros:

Le jardin du petit déjeuner était relativement agréable . L’accès a Atlantis est un plus.

Cons:

Les chambres minuscule et sans vue. Des kilometress de moquettes et un personnel blasé. La nourriture est infecte et très cher.
