Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that when booking 5 or more rooms, it is considered a group and must be confirmed with the sales department at Comfort Suites Paradise Island. Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be back.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Our stay included access to Atlantis Resort, which made our trip even more special. The location was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The lobby, dining area, and our room were all clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our visit and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

On our last day, my son's watch went missing, and we didn't realize it until we were already on our way to the airport. I immediately called the hotel to ask if a watch had been found in the room, and sure enough, they had it. I explained the situation, and they went above and beyond by offering to have it delivered to us by a taxi driver.

Thank you Comfort Suites Paradise Island for taking such great care of us. Your exceptional service and kindness made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Solo lo elegiría por el acceso al atlantis

Propiedad súper cómoda buena habitación con desayuno (normalito) y lo más importante con acceso a la playa

Cons:

El personal es un desastre el crédito de 100usd q sale en Booking se hacen los q no saben nada para no dártelo. Luego no te lo cargan en la habitación entonces en el restaurante te quieren cobrar. Por otro lado el trato es despectivo no hablan, la experiencia por la atención del hotel es malísima. Veía esto mismo en otros comentarios y me parecía q no tenia sentido lo que decían pero realmente tiene sentido.
Adicionalmente en el pasillo había cucarachas y estaban arreglando problemas de humedad, el problema q lo hacían hasta altas horas de la noche

Our stay was functional. A few improvements would be advantageous to the hotel.
Pros:

The front desk staff were exceptional and the use of the baggage storage and hospitality room was most welcome.
Main bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was not serviced timeously on one occassion I called housekeeping to have it done. The towels were not replaced on day 3 as stated. The room was left open by a member of the cleaning staff. This was a scary experience especially due to our location next to a main exit/entrance door. The second bed had not been made because there were childrens clothes left on it? This was on the day the room was left open. This was reported to management. The room smelled like cigarettes, even though the entire hotel is non smoking. The room location was noisy as we were right next to an entrance that was used constantly throughout the evenings.
The hotel has a very bad smell, and water ? was leaking from the upstairs room into the passage.
