The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. That it was so close to Atlantis and we could use the tickets to get into Atlantis
The front desk check in and out took a very long time and they didn’t seem to know if the rooms that were booked had been cleaned or not and if they were ready even though it was way past check in time Everything smelled musty and damp
L'hôtel est très bien situé sur Paradise Island et donne accès au complexe Atlantis (inclus dans le prix)... Hôtel calme pour se reposer, très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel le plus souvent au top et à notre service, le petit déjeuner est inclus et permet de prendre un déjeuner continental avec fruits (melon, pastèque), pain grillé, etc... ou déjeuner anglo-saxon avec oeufs brouillés, saucisses, etc... je suis resté 23 nuits consécutives
J'étais déjà venu il y a 8 ans dans cet hôtel et le petit déjeuner était un peu mieux (pankackes, bananes)
Check in was a nightmare, 50min just to check in told room wasn't ready around 230pm, so left my luggage in a luggage room they offered, so I can go relax at the pool. I returned around 6pm waited another 40min to ask them for my room, and room keys weren't working so they had to master key me into my own room, also had to wait on luggage guy to return to let me grab mt luggage. So after I left my room to go to dinner around 8pm, room keys still not working I asked front desk. At this point I'm furious. I return from dinner around 1130pm, room keys finally available.
On top of that the room had woman hair all over the tub. Next day since I used some towels the housekeeper just left a bag of towels in the bag and left it on the bed.
Just wasn't happy with this experience at all spending $920 dollars for 3 day stay wasn't worth.
On top of that 2nd to last day before I checked out my safe was jammed and couldn't open my safe in the morning so needed security immediately to come help, they did come quick to help though.
Great location and value with the Atlantis access.
Water pressure was low and hot water erratic at times.

I didnt like when i arrive on Thursday i didnt have a tv remote i called front desk didnt get it until Friday afternoon around 1/2 didnt hav no garage to put nthn in.(room 121)

But it was a good stay
Breakfast was tasty, good price for the stay. It included atlantis waterpark day pass, which is the best feature of this property. Close to the atlantis, restaurants, and stores.
Facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained.
