Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Awesome Awesome , you have to visit . It was a great staycation location

The Amenities and proximity to Atlantis , Hurricane village was awesome . The staff were very helpful and friendly . Will highly recommend

The room had a scent but I didn’t complain to the staff because I was always out of the room enjoying the property .

Si vous êtes de passage ok, sinon ça devient vite trop cher.
Pros:

Son emplacement est top. On a eu droit à des entrées pour Atlantis (attention il est très différent de Dubaï) qui est juste à côté, cela fait passer la pilule.

Cons:

Le déjeuner n’est ni bon ni varié. Toujours pareil. Ils nous servent du café filtre alors qu’il y a des machines automatiques qui décorent la salle… la tapisserie fait un peu vieillotte, un petit rafraîchissement serait bienvenu. Attention aux frais cachés toutefois : le prix annoncé par Booking est loin du prix final ! J’ai payé pratiquement 300€ de plus que ce qu’ils m’ont annoncé lors de ma réservation, c’est scandaleux et ne devrait même pas exister. Ça a mis un sacré coup à mon budget!

bien, vale la pena si pensas ir todos los dias al Altantis, IMPORTANTE no alojarse en el piso 4
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y variado, la proximidad al Atlantis y la poslbilidad de ir todos los dias, las instalaciones antiguas pero correctas

Cons:

nos asignaron una habitacion en el piso 4, donde desde el ascensor y los pasillos, habia un olor a humedad insoportable, lo menos peor fue que en la habitacion habia olor a humedad pero no tanto como en los pasillos....esos momentos de trafico por los pasillos y ascensor eran insoportables

wenn man den Atlantis-Wasserpark besuchen möchte, lohnt es sich
Pros:

Die Lage und Nähe zum Atlantis ist ideal. Der Eintritt in den Wasserpark ist im Übernachtungspreis inklusive. Das wird auch der Grund sein, warum das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Wir haben 4 Nächte übernachtet und waren 2 x im Adventurepark. Wenn man bedenkt, dass der Eintritt dort 195 $ p.P./Tag (!) kostet, dann rechnet sich das. So haben es auch viele andere gemacht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist angeblich komplett renoviert; davon haben wir wenig gemerkt. Es riecht überall muffig/faulig/feucht. In der letzten Nacht hat es geregnet und überall hat es hereingeregnet. Wir haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, aber der junge Herr hat sich dafür nicht interessiert. Das Ergebnis war, dass der komplette Teppich im Flur unter Wasser stand. Das dürfte dann auch der Grund für den muffigen Geruch sein. Der Standard ist eher einfach. Für ein paar Übernachtungen reicht es aber. Beim Frühstück ist es sehr voll. Es wird auch nur sehr langsam nachgelegt. Es gibt immer dasselbe: Rührei, Würstchen, Speck, Melone Cornflakes, Toast, Waffeln und kleine Teilchen, Apfelsaft, O-
Saft, Wasser, Bohnenkaffee. Aber dafür, dass es im Preis inklusive ist, ist es ok. Ansonsten ist Frühstück auf den Bahamas sehr teuer. Im Atlantis z.B. kostet das Frühstück p.P. 38 $. Wenn man das alles mit kalkuliert, geht es.
