Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

I love the location. Access to the Atlantis was a plus.
My children enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was a issue.
Kids screaming at late hours and running up and down the halls.
The room needed to be properly aired out. It had a .old moldy scent that triggered my asthma and also made everyone in my room sick. It started with a sore throat, then a cough. I know the room played a part because as soon I returned home the next day my symptoms went away.

They was nice but the manager didn’t keep her word she told me she was going to accommodate me for the roaches that was in our room but she didn’t

Steps from Atlantis and Marina
Pros:

The location was good for visiting Atlantis and water park facilities, restaurants there and Marina harbour
Neat affordable property with nice size room
Room cleaning staff were good and efficient

Cons:

The water pressure was poor and twice ran out mid way due to some problem,
The wash hand basin was blocked and staff didn’t bother to unblock it when reported twice
And the drying line to hang wet swim suits was broken.
Staff just seem to be going through the motions and don’t seem to enjoy working here, they have poor courtesy especially at breakfast restaurant. For some reason the loud generator was running continuously for close to 36 hours with no explanation at reception and staff seemed oblivious, however the noise was immense even further away.

It was good but could be better.
Pros:

Breakfast and the free pass for Atlantis adventure park

Cons:

There was little to no water coming out from the shower during the night we stayed. There might be a problem with the air condition because I woke up several times because it was too hot. And the check-in process was too slow.

Cons:

The Staff was very nice and the breakfast we enjoyed. During our stay the hotel had a water & sewage probably. We couldn't take baths or use the shower. It seem like sewage was backing up in the tub. We complained several times, we were not given new rooms. We were told at the front desk at check out, that we would be refunded some. Credit would be sent back to my credit card. Nothing received yet.

Pros:

The manager was nice and upgraded our room

Cons:

Food was awful! There were bugs in the eggs which were in the fridge. There was also a dead cockroach in the hallway which was there for ages. No staff cleaned it up. Attention to detail was so poor compared to when we visited the Atlantis. Would definitely recommend paying a bit more and staying at the Atlantis if you want a clean stay and peace of mind. We ended up skipping breakfast at comfort suites and having it at Atlantis for the remainder of the time

l’emplacement de l’hôtel est top, le fait de pouvoir accéder au complexe de l’atlantis est un vrai plus, très bon compromis si vous n’avez pas le budget pour aller à l’atlantis
