Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Emplacement idéal pour Atlantis avec accès gratuit
Pros:

La seule chose c’est l’emplacement, à 5 minutes de l’Atlantis.
Chambre spacieuse , personnel entretien et direction sympathique.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception d’une incompétence et d’une froideur détestable.
Le petit déjeuner est immonde pas un déjeuner juste une collation à la limite du respectueux , de plus le week-end trop de monde ont vous refuse l’accès au petit déjeuner…
Les chambres spacieuses mais vieille et pas franchement nettoyée, les lits attention de ne pas être trop grand et un mélange de draps , une catastrophe.
Des cafards, des lézards…
Oui c’est une région tropicale mais quand même …
la femme de chambre part et elle laisse la fenêtre grande ouverte, merci pour la sécurité… et pour les bêtes.
Les chambres sont presque toute communicant avec une autre donc vous avez l’impression de dormir avec les voisins, chacun sont choix .
Chambre humide et odeurs de moisi.
De plus c’est assez intéressant car toute les nuits du week-end c’est meeting dans les corridors entre 2 et 4h du matin ;-)
Le personnel du bar piscine… no comment aussi sympathique qu’une porte de prison il y’a que les tips qui les intéressent «  no change »
Idéalement placé pour Atlantis et c’est tout.
Malheureusement il y’avait séminaire à l’atlantis pas possible de se loger.
La prochaine fois vaut mieux déplacer ses vacances.

You get what you pay for. Skip dinner at the restaurant.
Pros:

The location and the fact that you get access to Atlantis is a big bonus. The staff were friendly. The cocktails were really good!

Cons:

Our room was fine for sleeping and showering after a long day at the waterpark. But the door latch was broken and the lock needed to be wiggled a bit before I could lock the door. The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. It was very loud outside our room. On the first morning, we could hear several conversations from guests who were making their way to breakfast. On the second morning, we wanted to sleep in (had the DND sign on the door), but the housekeeping staff pushed their trolley right up against the wall, something knocked over and they were speaking to each other in really loud voices. Very unprofessional, especially what they were discussing.

We had dinner at their hotel restaurant on our first night and the service was so bad. My daughter's food came and I had to wait nearly half an hour for mine. The bar made up for it with great cocktails. We tried breakfast the first morning and we were so disappointed. The food was mediocre at best, the staff quite rude and we ended up not doing breakfast again.

NB*** To get your daily wristbands to access Atlantis Waterpark, pools and aquarium: Head into the Royal Atlantis, go down the stairs by the lobby. The desk is next to the photo desk. There are no signs telling you this. Also, if you want to get wristbands on your check-out day, go get them before 11am (which is the Comfort Suites check out time). They do not tell you this and you forfeit your final Atlantis day if you go after check out time. Wristband colour changes everyday, so you have to get new bands for every day of your stay.

There are cockroaches at the hotel on all sides.

Cons:

The same point of viewing that the hotel for me was scammed this is how I feel because I was told that the stay was worth a price and I was charged 150 dollars more than the agreed price last time I used this app and last time I go to that hotel very poor conditions and poor hygiene

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and the location was perfect for daily visits to Atlantis. All around, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel, close to the beach nd with free Atlantis access.
Pros:

The hotel is excellent ! I don't understand bad reviews. We are family of 5 and we had 2 apartments. Apartments were clean and comfortable . Hotel is very close to Atlantis and 10 minutes from a beautiful public beach ( Cabbage beach )
We loved the bar and the swimming pool. The breakfast was very tasty. Nothing to complain about.
And free Atlantis access !!!

Comfort suites was a clean & beautiful hotel. The staff tried as much as the could to be extremely accommodating
Pros:

Easy access to Atlantis. Tropical setting . Lovely lobby . Wonderful continental breakfast

Cons:

For 2 handicapped elderly people the 3 rd floor was not accessible. Also, no easy access for handicapped to the pool area

great place to stay, all the staff were exceptional, the pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds,nice swim up bar, we ate at the restaurant, and the food was outstanding, complimentary breakfast was very good, the rooms were made every day, and the beds were extremely comfortable, nearby are 2 supermarkets, and restaurants, also you get free use of the atlantis hotel, which will save you a massive amount of money, you get full access to the aquarium, waterpark, beach, including sunbeds and umbrellas, the gym and cinema and casino, no waiting for taxis, the overall experience was magical.

nothing, would definitely stay there again

A pleasant, clean hotel at a good price, with friendly staff and a perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel is located on Paradise Island, so the location and surrounding area are about as good as it gets. I’ve read from many people that they find the design outdated, but in my opinion, everything is so well maintained that the slightly old-fashioned style is not an issue at all.
The room, the hallways, and the pool area were all very well kept. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and cheerful. My room was spacious, with plenty of storage space. The pool was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was simple but offered a wide selection.
I am very satisfied with my stay and would like to thank the staff for their wonderful work.
