Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The SUMMER & FALL Food & Beverage booking window is July 7 – November 20, 2025. Travel window July 7 – November 20, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
On the same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. There is a maximum of four people per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s location to Atlantis
Was not very clean. Amenities were not replenished regularly no water pressure for showering was a bit smelly and sticky.

Access to the facilities of Atlantis hotel are beyond imagination. If you like water parks, and aquariums this is it!!!! The aquarium is just spectacular!!!
Rooms dated but nothing much to complain about.
Lack of ANY vegetable at the breakfast is a massive minus! And please, the mugs or glasses needs to be proper, not the paper cups! 4 nights for $1,400.00 per couple and not even salad at breakfast + paper cups makes it poor cost/quality ratio.

Poor Customer Service, Front desk service was super slow took 30 mins with each check in and even after that they made people wait another 30 mins to an hour for room to be available.
I was there 2:30pm and got the room 4:45pm
Also the whole time they were a either painting outside our room or doing some work with so much loud noises.

Brak windy z przodu hotelu, co zmusza albo do wniesienia ciężki walizek po schodach albo jechanie z nimi na drugi koniec hotelu do windy. Bardzo uciążliwe. Bardzo słabe śniadania. Jajecznica z proszku, jajka na twardo, bekon, owsianka i 3 rodzaje owoców. Oraz dużo ciastek. Jesli dbasz o to co jesz to z tego śniadania nie skorzystasz
We only were supposed to stay one night, I messaged them several times
To make sure we would have access to ALL amenities upon arrival for our early check in and I was assured as soon as I checked in we would. Whom we got there at 9am they said we can only have access at 3pm. We cancelled our reservation immediately. The staff was rude, I showed them my confirmation of conversation and they said too bad.

Room was not ready at 3pm. They will not allow you to check in early. Room was not ready until 330. Yet check in is 3pm. We arrive at 200 pm

The staff were excellent from arrival to departure. Overall we were surprised by the quality of our stay which exceeded our expectations. The beds were really comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, the pool and gardens lovely and the bar/restaurant was very good. A bonus was finding we got free access to Atlantis' facilities with our booking.
There's practically nothing to say here except the water pressure in the shower was temperamental
