El cuarto , descuidado , sucio , el mobiliario maltratado
El baño terrible , se desperdicia mucha agua en la regadera hasta que sale la caliente , no hay papel de baño suficiente , no hay teléfono en la habitación

La alberca está muy bonita pero es fría el agua, los meseros del restaurante no son muy atentos, y deberían poner mosquiteros o fumigar seguido por las habitaciones por qué hay mucho mosquito y se meten a la habitación, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

La propiedad se encuentra a un lado de la carretera, sin embargo los cuartos son muy silenciosos, es un hotel que cuenta con hermosos jardínes y amenidades como: tenis, basquetbol, futbol y dos albecas (aunque el agua de la alberca esta fría). Ideal para familia. Tiene un restaurante, que puede ser a la carta o un buffet sencillo. Es una propiedad segura. En nuestro caso tuvimos varios inconvenientes, que fueron resueltos por el personal

El servicio de recepción pésimo. No hicieron el cuarto por 2 días y no quisieron ayudarnos. Solamente nos dieron 10% por el inconveniente pero muy mala comunicación. En la alberca teníamos que rogar por meseros, no se aparecían y tenían mala actitud.
