Did not know about breakfast. No one told us anything about breakfast.
W felt like any other hotel. The price was high but expectations were not met.
Location is great, corner suite was excellent, helpful & informative staff
Parking was limited & expensive
Front desk staff exceptionally friendly (Giovanni) and were able to check us in early. Room was huge, quiet, close to Pikes Place Market and cafes. We were able to use a gym, large bathroom, coffee machine, fruit water in lobby. Great hotel for cruise goers. Any request was filled right away. We had a perfect view of Mount Rainier
It’s a bit pricey
We stayed 2 night over new year eve and also celebrated our daughter's birthday. The number 1 positive is hospitality! Tania our receptionist was friendly, the café stagg were very accommodating making our breakfast experience great. Finally Ian made our stay wonderful by going above and beyond to prepare the room to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Prepared balloons, cupcakes and mini donuts that surprised our daughter. The best bit was a signed card from the staffs, it really made it special. It was a really wonderful stay mainly due to the staff.
Affitionally the location was great, central to downtown activities. Trace market food had a Hawaiin twist which was really good and creative like a home made spam.
Brakfast was good, location was excellent
Parking and trying to get into it was not great. I did head down the street to find parking though.
Stayed here for two nights for work. I found the front desk staff to be rude and the property to be in poor condition. I used SNAs and was able to get a suite but was told they couldn't give me 4pm late checkout. The food for breakfast was expensive and wasn't very good. No welcome amenity provided for Ambassador Elite members. I had to fight to get breakfast made available to me as a welcome choice. I think there are better options in Seattle and I wouldn't rush back.
Welcoming service and staff. Beautiful design especially with the bar and fire pit/place. Our room was quiet and comfortable; good mattress and shower. One complaint! At a higher end hotel, shouldn't you have better quality toilet paper than a ...Hampton Inn? C'mon guys, step up your quality control in purchasing.
This property is fine with no major complaints but the W brand is supposed to be part of Bonvoy's "luxury" hotels. This did not feel like luxury. It was typical W in many ways - lighting, lobby, upscale bar - but it also had some of the elements that I do not necessarily like especially a staff that seems to be bothered by anything you ask them. It was definitely off-putting when one of the front desk agents threatened that we would be charged $50 if we did not return the umbrella. I understand that guests should return items they borrow but that reminder can come in a friendly way, not as a threat. The valet was also never there when we drove up which was annoying. Lastly, the fitness center was small with old, well worn, and missing equipment - I wonder how much those guests were charged :)
Super Hotel für einen Trip in Seattle. Zentral, komfortabel, freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal.
West Seattle Junction is around
The rooms are nice. The croissants in the breakfast restaurant delicious. Where they fail is picking up your luggage after a Seahawk game. Everyone checked out in the morning, had the bell station hold luggage. After the game all collecting at the same time. I counted 15 people in the lobby waiting on luggage, including a guy frantic he was going to miss his flight….. after waiting 15 minutes. He got his, and I’m still waiting. One bellman to 15+ guests. They should have the General Manager down here getting our luggage. Do better W.
Amazing place to stay rooms are clean and comfortable. Great place to work from the room
Room service meals subpar- front desk slow.
Had to get key redone 3 times as wouldn't work.
Not bad just average for the price.
