Exactly what I needed at a price I could afford.
Pros:

Location was great, right off expressway and by a ton of services, stores (including a walmart) restaurants. Pleasant smell, room and property was clean.

Cons:

Nitpicking an ice machine on each floor would have been nice vs going downstairs but that’s nitpicking
