Pros:

Close proximity to the beach.
Very spacious outdoor area by pool with lots of loungers.

Cons:

Ants at the base of shower...more appeared during our stay.
My mum, who was in an adjacent room, noticed some ants on her top bed sheet.
Floor in my room had not been cleaned properly on arrival, though Reception did clean it when I asked. However, one morning, when I asked for shower base to be cleaned properly, ie, to get rid of the ants, this was not done when we returned in the afternoon.
On the final night, Reception did offer my mum and I other rooms which we accepted, as on returning to my room after dinner, there were a lot more ants crawling on the bath mat.
The temperature in the new room was really hot, as the hotel did not have the air conditioning on during our stay, which was just after Easter.
I had the balcony door open to get some air, but had a terrible night's sleep due to the sound of motorway traffic, as the new room was on another side of the hotel. Closing the door also meant that you could smell the drains in the bathroom. My mum had a strong drain smell in her first room.
I asked to speak to the manager on my departure, though I was told that Nadia didn't work at weekends.

Doručak je bio dobar, ali može i bolje za te novce. Krevet jako udoban, ali soba ništa posebno mislim da istu treba malo nadopuniti sa sitnicama za ugodniji boravak. Lokacija jako dobra blizu plaža

Tuš u sobi nije radio kako treba i voda je curila vani, ništa strašno ali za te novce i hotel 4 zvjezdice to ne bi trebalo biti tako, isto tako fali u sobi kuhalo za vodu i vrećica čaja ili kava bilo bi poželjno

Perfect place for sea family vacation
Pros:

My heart stays at this lovely place and I'm strongly surprised with the negative comments written here. This hotel is part of Hyatt and deserves 5 stars based on modern facilities, extremely cleanliness, spacious and elegant rooms, perfect bathroom and delicious food. The beach is located in very close proximity and considered more than perfect with white sand, crystal water and azure blue water. The location is more than perfect - an easy reach Palma Old city and Palma Airport at ca. 20 minutes travelling by local bus in front of the hotel. Thank you for the pleasant stay and we will definitely come back in the near future!

Cons:

Dinner is served until 9 p.m. thus if you arrived later you will be provided with very limited food.

Die Lage ist sehr gut,schnell (ca 2min) zum Strand/Promenade,abends relativ ruhig.Frühstück und Abendessen lecker,für jeden was dabei.wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Besonders toll war das unsere Enkelin ein vernünftiges Bett und keine olle Couch hatte.

Schönes und modernes Hotel in Strandnähe. Zimmer sind mit einem Balkon ausgestattet und haben ausreichend Platz.
Vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle, von dieser aus kommt man schnell zum Flughafen oder direkt nach Palma.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte allerlei Speisen zu bieten.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und in der Nähe des Flughafens,, wodurch es etwas lauter ist, insbesondere wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat.
