Pros:

The colors in the room. The sound of the sea. Good option when you have an early flight. Very good for a short stay.

Cons:

The Shower had a bit of the mould and the pool wasnt open. Yes it was a winter time, but some people love a quick dip in a cold water.

La pulizia, le camere insonorizzate, la varietà del buffet de la cena

La poca gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff, soprattutto in reception, modi scortesi di trattare le persone, ci hanno lasciato quasi un giorno intero senza aqua in tutto l' hotel e non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna scusa per l'inconveniente, anzi a chiedere gentilmente quanto tempo pensavano che saremo rimasti in quelle condizioni, ci hanno risposto davvero male, sarebbe bastato un semplice, ci dispiace, non è colpa nostra,faremo il possibile per aggiornarvi, invece modi maleducati senza nemmeno guardarci in faccia! L' unico che è stato gentile e dispiaciuto è stato il tecnico che alle 9 di sera è venuto il stanza dispiaciuto perché ancora non era riuscito a sistemare la cosa almeno da noi, per il resto del personale non gliene è fregato niente! E avevamo preso la stanza più bella e più cara! Brutta esperienza

Filth and disaster
Cons:

Room looked like it has never been properly cleaned between the guests. But the true horror was the shower - disgustingly dirty, water was alternating every 5 s between boiling hot and freezing, impossible to achieve anything human body is meant to experience. One evening there was no water at all - not even in the toilet. On first night there was no heating, and I had to go to the reception two times (because they are too noble to pick up the phone, and don’t react to your complaints if you only ask once) to get it fixed. House keeper didn’t clean the room but stole a few of my items instead. As a cherry on top, rude receptionist (to be fair, not all them, mainly one guy). Staff at the reception did not seem surprised at all these seemingly outrageous issues, i guess it is the norm there.

SI NO HAY OTRO SITIO.PARA DORMIR TE VALE
Pros:

Cogimos una habitación simple, era enana enana, y pagamos el suplemento por otra más grande…. Era igual pero con 1 metro de Falcón y 2 sillas de chiringuito. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, no había agua, no tuvimos agua en toda la tarde, conseguimos ducharnos por la noche. La recepción fue amable. Un hotel no se puede permitir fallos en luz y agua por más de unas horas, y ofrecer compensaciones a sus huéspedes. Pero ni eso. No volveremos. Ah pagamos vistas al mar para el balcón de 1 metro con 2 sillas de la Coca Cola hahaha.

Cons:

Habitaciones pequeñas incluso la doble con vistas al mar. La televisión es anticuada y no tiene las funciones básicas de esta década. No hubo agua, un corte de suministro que no solucionaron en más de 6 horas.
