Boa relação qualidade/preço!
Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionarios, espaços comuns bem organizados e com muito espaço de lazer.

Proximidade da praia, restaurantes e supermercado, zona mais familiar e calma.

Breakfast was excellent- eating area was clean and beautiful. Food was delicious.
Room was clean, we allso had a scenic view of the sea from the balcony.

Pros:

Sve je bilo dobro. Hotel se nalazi blizu aerodroma i centra Palme. Autobus staje blizu hotela. Osoblje je ljubazno, hrana je odlicna. More je bukvalno preko puta hotela.

Все дуже сподобалось.
Pros:

Готель дуже сподобався, все чисте, персонал привітний. Ми прилетіли вже після закінчення вечері, але на нас чекав перекус. Харчування в готелі дуже гарне. Пляж поруч.

Molto piacevole e sicuramente lo consiglio
Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La colazione e la cena a buffet erano ottime e abbondanti, con un'ampia varietà di proposte che cambiavano ogni giorno, permettendo di gustare piatti sempre diversi. La pulizia della struttura è stata impeccabile, la piscina meravigliosa.
Comodo anche per gli spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici, la fermata è proprio davanti.

l’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la mer et à moins de 10 minutes de l’aéroport, ce qui est vraiment un atout.
Pros:

Ce que j’ai aimé, c’est avant tout la localisation de l’hôtel : il est idéalement placé, à côté de la mer, à moins de 10 minutes de l’aéroport, ce qui est vraiment pratique. L’environnement est paisible, et on est à deux pas de la plage, ce qui rend les balades très agréables.

Cons:

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est le rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel est présenté comme un 4 étoiles, mais pour 200 euros la nuit, il n’y a aucun service de base. Pas de café, pas d’eau dans les chambres après le premier jour, aucune petite attention comme une brosse à dents ou des cotons-tiges. En plus, le parking est payant, et pour les serviettes à la piscine, on doit payer une caution de 10 euros, plus 3 euros à chaque échange. Enfin, au niveau de la restauration, ce qui m’a déplu, c’est qu’ils cuisinent les omelettes sur la même table de cuisson que le porc. Comme je ne mange pas de porc, cela m’a empêché de prendre des plats adaptés. Bref, un séjour qui ne correspond pas aux standards que l’on attend d’un 4 étoiles.

Das Hotel überzeugt zunächst durch seine moderne und ansprechende Gestaltung. Besonders der große Pool, die gute Lage sowie die stilvolle Inneneinrichtung und Poolanlage hinterlassen einen positiven Eindruck. Ebenfalls angenehm ist die Möglichkeit, die Mahlzeiten im Außenbereich einzunehmen.

Cons:

Leider werden diese Vorteile durch einige deutliche Schwächen überschattet. Besonders negativ fiel die Sauberkeit des Bestecks und der Gläser auf. Diese wirkten häufig verschmutzt und trüb, sodass das Trinken daraus unangenehm war. Zudem scheint das Hotel im Restaurant- und Außenbereich personell unterbesetzt zu sein. Tische werden oft über lange Zeit nicht abgeräumt, wodurch es selbst für Gruppen schwierig ist, einen freien Platz zu finden. Das Personal wirkte dadurch sichtbar überlastet und gestresst, was sich auch in der Freundlichkeit und Servicequalität bemerkbar machte.

Auch das gastronomische Angebot entsprach nicht den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Speisen waren sehr eintönig und boten wenig Abwechslung. Nach über 20 Jahren Mallorca-Urlauben war dies für mich mit Abstand die schwächste Verpflegung. Zudem wirkten einige Abläufe wenig durchdacht, beispielsweise das stundenlange Kochen von Nudeln im selben Wasser vor den Gästen oder die geringe Anzahl an Servierlöffeln für die verschiedenen Joghurt- und Quarksorten beim Frühstück.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft das Gästeklientel. Während die Herkunft der Gäste selbstverständlich kein Qualitätsmerkmal eines Hotels ist, war das Publikum überwiegend russisch und osteuropäisch geprägt. Dabei fiel leider mehrfach ein wenig rücksichtsvolles Verhalten im Restaurant und an den Gemeinschaftsbereichen auf, was das Urlaubserlebnis zusätzlich beeinträchtigte. Wer Wert auf eine eher internationale, ruhige und rücksichtsvolle Atmosphäre legt, sollte dies bei seiner Buchungsentscheidung berücksichtigen.

Auch die Situation an den Liegen war enttäuschend. Bereits vor 8 Uhr morgens werden zahlreiche Liegen reserviert und teilweise erst am späten Nachmittag tatsächlich genutzt. Gäste, die gegen 10 Uhr an den Pool kommen und sich an die Regeln halten, haben kaum noch eine Chance auf einen Platz. Trotz Hinweisen an die Rezeption wurde dieses Problem nicht erkennbar angegangen.
