Struttura ristrutturata, bella funzionale, accoglienza al top kit in camera con accappatoio ciabatte e salviette di altissimo livello. Acqua e caffé in camera compresi. Di pregio la pulizia. Colazione assolutamente da fare completa e ricchissima scelta.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, son calme.
La qualité des buffets.
Espaces collectifs agréables et stylés.

Cons:

Il est regrettable de ne pas avoir de fontaine d’eau à disposition pour les repas.

Camera superior con vista piscina, avevo chiesto un piano alto mi hanno dato il 1 privacy 0 .Per essere un' hotel a 4 stelle pulizia della stanza scarsa, a volte alle 15.30 la stanza non era ancora fatta, la terrazza mai stata pulita, la doccia a vista e senza bidè

It was adequate but I did not feel particularly welcome.
Pros:

The location was great. Right next to the beach area of Palma with miles of sand, shops, restaurants and bars. Also good people watching. Also it was very close to the airport and close to a bus stop to catch the bus to the airport. I found this very convenient.

Cons:

I felt that the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The first room I was assigned to reeked of stale cigarette smoke to the point of causing nauseousness. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by changing my room. No apologies. When my key card randomly stopped working and I could no longer access the beach or my room I received the same type of response. Once again, no apologies and I felt I was treated as an inconvenience.

Trashy, cheap and bad smell. A disgrace for Hyatt.

It is not a 4 star property. It looks and feels cheap. There was a really strong sewage smell in the bathroom and we were told to put a wet towel on top of the area where the smell came from!!
