This hotel is beautiful and exceeds expectations! It's located within a lovely small town with local amenities, a selection of restaurants just walking distance and a train station nearby! Our hotel room was stunning with everything we could want/need included. The breakfast options were great as well as the roof terrace pool and sun loungers! Exactly what we wanted for a relaxing couples trip!

The room was nice and it was in a good location
We did not find the staff helfpul at all.
We had to wait ages to check in despite us having given an expected time to arrive. We weren’t really told anything in check in - not even about the spa (which given it is Cas Comte Suite and Spa you would expect to be given this information) we had to go down to ask where it even was! There was no dinner option despite it saying this was available online, which was disappointing as there are not loads of options in the town itself. We weren’t told about drinks either - we had to ask if they even sold wine for us to have a glass. Information very much lacking and not as described online.

Loved the high standard of furnishings , rooms were so quaint and pretty , loved the outdoor eating area and the rooftop pool . Loved that it was in a quiet local town next to the church . A real hidden gem .
Loved everything about the property , nothing not to like . Maybe would have been nice if the restaurant had been open in the evening as some of the village restaurants were closed on certain days .

No hay nada que no me gustara.
Un hôtel de charme, installé dans une ancienne abbaye, avec des murs en pierre. La chambre, avec lit à baldaquin, une super salle de bain, et la piscine sur le toit offrant une vue sur le clocher sont enchanteurs. Le petit-déjeuner, pris dans une cour paisible, est vraiment un moment magique.
Tuvimos que hacer el check-in tarde y no pusieron problemas. Fue todo muy sencillo. La habitación estaba muy bien y el desayuno muy rico.
Al principio nos costó un poco aparcar. Pero el personal, muy amable nos indicó una zona cercana al hotel para aparcar.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, leider werden nur auf Nachfrage Kapseln bereitgestellt. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.
