L'emplacement et l'accueil.

Cons:

Bémol pour le manque d'informations en chambre pour le minibar (pas de tarification, on ne sait pas si la bouteille d'eau est offerte..) plateau de courtoisie décevant, pas de biscuits ou de coupelles de lait pour le café mais des sticks de lait en poudre.. Jus d'orange du petit déjeuner un peu trop coupé à l'eau du coup vraiment mauvais

Bel emplacement et le personnel était à l'écoute et très agréable.

Cons:

les chambres sont mal agencées, les amenities assez pauvres, pas de shampoing dans la douche (c'était vide, on s'attend à mieux d'un 4 étoiles)

Centrale ligging in oud Lille. Comfortabele, schone kamer en goede bedden. Auto konden we in de parkeergarage van het hotel parkeren.
Er is ook een optie om een klein ontbijt te nemen in plaats van het ontbijt buffet. Voor €10 krijg je een croissant, een pain au chocolat, en een warm en koud drankje naar keuze.

Perfect in every way
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is perfect; the location is excellent within easy reach of the old town and its many treasures, the staff are absolutely delightful and could not do any more for us, the hotel is smart, well maintained and extremely comfortable. We all wish to return.
