Chambre vue sur patio intérieur très sombre
On était situé dans la deuxième partie de l’hôtel pas très ambiance boutique hôtel
Musique d’ambiance trop forte dans les couloirs des 6H du matin
Oreiller trop gros très inconfortable dommage car la literie est top
Personne ne nous a accompagné à la chambre et on nous a laissé porter nos sacs jusqu’à la chambre

Super fijne accommodatie midden in het centrum van Lille
Pros:

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen, de kamer was al gereed toen we rond 1 uur aankwamen waardoor we gelijk onze spullen kwijt konden.
We hadden een kamer met een vide, erg leuk! Boven stond het grote 2persoonsbed en beneden de (grote) bedbank.
(Twijfelaar)
De locatie was top, midden in het centrum. De auto hadden we geparkeerd bij hun eigen parkeergarage en daar stonden we gratis geparkeerd.

Pros:

Great location, friendly stuff, convenient check in and out system, comfortable mattress.

Cons:

Weird electrical wiring, can't switch lights off from bed.

Cons:

Salle de bain pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoile. Cabine de douche et coin lavabo en plastique !
Chambre petite pour 4 étoiles : 3 eme sous comble .
Parking inadmissible, impossible de se garer à 2 voitures côte à côte

Lovely hotel in Vieux Lille
Pros:

The location was fantastic, in Vieux Lille on a nice street with great bars and restaurants, and easy access to the all the sights. Also just a short walk to the train stations.

The hotel was clean, stylish, smelled lovely, had a nice little courtyard and a tap for refilling water (still and sparkling).

The beds were comfortable and the soundproofing was very good. The mini-fridge was a good size, and the toiletries were lovely. It had a good table with two chairs to sit on and a good sized wardrobe.
The bathroom was a bit small but the shower pressure was good and it had body wash, shampoo and conditioner which was nice.

The staff were polite, helpful and very nice. The bar looked lovely although we didn’t stop there unfortunately. Also the breakfast looked good.

It was a really nice hotel overall and we really enjoyed our stay, I’d stay again.

Cons:

There wasn’t much we didn’t like, but a few things that would make it even better:
- pegs or hooks to hang up jackets, there’s a lot of space in the vestibule so it was strange not to have those.
- a bar and hangers in the wardrobe, it was just shelves, which wasn’t great for my dress.
- two caffeinated coffee pods, we had 1 decaf and 1 non-decaf. We probably could’ve asked for another but would be nice to just have it when a room is booked for two?
- two bottles of water, again this would be nice for a booking of two.
- the bathroom is a little small, so an extra shelf would be nice.
- some spare toilet rolls

Loved Lille and this hotel would definitely recommend
Pros:

The reception at the hotel was welcoming and the staff very knowledgable about the surrounding area. The facilities were excellent, the hotel was clean and well looked after. Love the decor it was a nod to motor racing but not overpowering. The local restaurants we tried were also excellent. If you want the old town this hotel is perfect. It's far enough away to be quiet but close enough to walk to.

Cons:

If you have difficulty walking this may not be a good option the cobbled street are not easy on the feet and the nearest metro/tram is a brisk 5 minute walk.
