Great staff. Hot tub was Luke warm and breakfast was minimal. Room was nice lounge was good value.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable with great views of the bay. The pool and hot tub were amazing, as well.

Cons:

I tried to order room service but was told they were too busy and to call back in an hour. When I did so, they told me they were still too busy. Then I asked if I could just order and come down to pick it up. Their response was that they were too busy for that, as well.

Favorite place for the price!
Pros:

Beautiful clean and comfortable rooms, location, view, staff always great, bar with great food, pool, hot tub, basically everything you need in one spot! Great price range for what you get!

Cons:

The hot tub was cool and the pool was quite dirty the following morning. There were a lot of people in them the night before so we chose to go in the morning only to find they weren't very pleasant. They should tend to these in the morning and get the hot tub ready for guests who choose to go in the morning like me 😊. It's the reason I like to stay at the Parkshore and the first time I was disappointed. I live in the area and spend the extra money to get some extra R & R and mainly to get in the water! My favorite place for the value!
