Service was exceptionally slow. Over an hour waiting on food. So bad people were asking for refunds and leaving. Need more staff in kitchen

They gave us a room with wet carpet and no heating to stay with our baby.
Pros:

Staff were kind and tried to solve the problem.

Cons:

We book as a couple with a month old baby. The first room they provided was without air conditioner and it was cold. Carpet was recently washed but it was WET. Our socks got wet in a minute. Room was with full of humidity due to wet carpet and being cold as you can imagine. We asked them to change a room, at first they offered us a portable heater, we explained it will not be enough since we have a baby and also carpet was wet. They agreed to swap our room later. They were well aware of the condition of the room but still checked in us to that room, which is not professional in my opinion. Also there is breakfast without cheese. Lol.

Great location, clean and only a walk away from the port

Cons:

Disappointing breakfast and the cleaning wasn’t as great as you’d expect for the price. Hairs (yes mine but still) were still in the drain and some cups not cleaned

Pros:

Удобная кровать, хорошая ежедневная уборка. Отель находится рядом с остановками автобусов. В аэропорт можно приехать на номере 17. Персонал доброжелательный, помогут и подскажут. Нам было холодно и нам дали дополнительно обогреватель. Завтраки стандартные, не разнообразные, но голодными вы не уйдете.

Cons:

У сына был день рождения во время проживания, и конечно хотелось бы получить от отеля какой- то милый сувенирчик - магнитик, шоколадку или кусочек тортика…
