Hampton Inn Midland – 5011 West Loop 250 North, Midland, TX – August 2025
I stayed here for a three-night business trip, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The elevator was out of service during my entire stay, which was a major inconvenience. Even worse, the room was never cleaned—not once—and the in-room coffee was never restocked. For a hotel that’s supposed to cater to business travelers, this level of service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this location and will be avoiding it in the future.
Location was good, food was awesome, staff was nice and helpful, and pool was okay.
My room wasn't a king size I asked for, there was no microwave that was showed on pictures, refrigerator was not working, no internet I used my hotspot, bathroom tub and shower wasn't working properly, ice machine was broken, and elevator was making a funny noise.

Wasn’t the nicest hotel.. very old and outdated, rooms had old carpet, we found old clothing items under the beds from other people staying there.. the mattress for the bed was on the floor and it was $230 for one night, pretty disappointed and overpriced
Stay was pleasant. Hotel as clean. Shower was clean, good water pressure. Had to ask for extra towels. We only had 2 bath towels. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great! Breakfast was good but they ran out of food and there was a long wait to replenish the trays. Had a very good variety to eat and drink. Loved having a cookie to eat in the evenings.
Don’t stay on 3rd floor. We had multiple room smell like smoke before moving to 2nd floor.
This hotel was horrible. Dirty smelly, trash not being taking out. I honestly think Motel 6 felt cleaner.
Location was central and perfect for our planned activities for that weekend.
Bath tub leaked all day all night and was rusted
Absolutely disgusting!! Ice machine and laundry room doesn’t work. On the 3rd floor it looks like the center of the floor is caving in. Walking into the room it feels like the floor is shifting. Fridge doesn’t work, missing a door on it. Shotty work. Food on the floor. Weird stains! Ac is junk!
