El trato del personal

Cons:

Las habitaciones están pegadas donde se escucha demasiado al vecino. Por otro lado, está sobre una avenida donde la circulación es constante y no te permite descansar cómodamente.

For the price, pool and location, a great place to stay while visiting Naples!
Pros:

The Naples Garden Inn was centrally located for all our activities in the Naples area. The room with a single king bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom area was clean, well-lit, and the shower head had good water pressure. The wifi signal was strong, and we didn't have any issues running multiple devices. The free continental breakfast had the typical choices, with plenty of fresh cereal/milk and tasty hard-boiled eggs,

Cons:

The carpet could use a refresh, a bit worn with some stains. The pillows were way too soft and squishy. The bath towels were too small for adequate drying of a large adult. The bathroom area could use more hooks for wet towels and bathing suits. For a state closely tied to water and affected by climate change, the use of styrofoam cups and bowls at the breakfast is alarming and disappointing.

Great stay for a great rate
Pros:

Super friendly staff, clean room, walking distance to so many places and the pool! Great value for a nice getaway!

Cons:

No exhaust fan in the bathroom , no complimentary toothpaste, and no toothpaste in the vending machine.

Adequate - Not Great
Pros:

Value; Naples is expensive so this spot was cheaper than most places. Everything was ok, nothing awful and nothing fantastic (which you can’t expect for the price). Pool was nice and clean, breakfast was adequate (served outside by the pool even when it was 45 degrees in the morning), great ice machine and showers had hot water.

Cons:

Noisy rooms, (had a pass through room and the next door neighbors’ noise came through the door in the wall); mattresses soft, cheap towels, noisy small fridge in the room, no microwave in room. That said, room was adequate but next time will pay for a nicer place not right in the busy part of Tamiami. I’ll go further north next time.

Het ontbijt. Nog nooit zo een schamel ontbijt in een hotel gehad. Buiten dat het karig was was er alleen plastic wegwerp servies. Misschien is dit echt een Amerikaans ontbijt maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt.

Would stay again
Pros:

The pillows are new and very high and firm. I requested flat pillows and they were delivered right away. The hotel is a 25 minute easy walk to Via Miramar Beach which we really liked. Facilities are clean and the breakfast was adequate. It is a very good hotel for the price considering the location. Very safe neighbourhood behind the hotel for after dinner walks. Lots of parking. We would stay here again.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready at 3pm check-in time. We waited 20 minutes. Not a big deal but would have been nice for it to have been ready. When you're in the bathroom you can hear other guests.

Pros:

De kamer was heel proper! Het was makkelijk dat we onze auto aan onze kamerdeur konden parkeren. Als je met de auto bent, is er een makkelijke verbinding met de bezienswaardigheden in Naples; ligt centraal.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was super simpel en niet lekker. Het is met moeite een ontbijt te noemen. Er was veel lawaai van de straat. De dame aan het onthaal bij aankomst was niet vriendelijk en had geen zin verdere info te geven. Het is niet bepaald een gezellige plaats om te verblijven.
