Buon soggiorno a Naples
Pros:

Buon hotel in Naples, parcheggio gratuito in struttura. Camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione basica ma comunque buona, all’aperto vicino alla piscina

Overall good but very basic Inn.

Room wasn't ready upon our arrival, even though someone at the hotel approved our early check in well before our arrival date. They approved it in writing through the booking.com messaging part of the app and even changed the check in time to 1pm in the reservation of our hotel stay. The women at the desk wasn't very pleasant about us arriving at 1pm, even though the hotel did not honour what they approved in writing and made us wait another 2 hours. Also, we booked approx. 3 months before our arrival date and included our 12 y/o daughter in the booking so they were going to provide an air mattress for her. Once the room was ready, no mattress there so I had to walk to the front desk to ask for it as they do NOT have phones in the room. The housekeeping staff brought the mattress but made us inflate in our self and put the sheets on. Not quite the welcoming we were expecting. We stayed for an entire week so we paid them a good amount of money... not just a night or two like we noticed most guests did. We were placed at the far back end of the hotel, facing the parking lot so we heard a lot of noise - big loud trucks often drive by the morning quite early and that wasn't the best way to wake each morning. Very basic rooms overall...no towel hooks or towel shelf in the washroom, had to fold towels and place on top of toilet... not the most practical set up to change/shower, etc.
