Prima locatie en hotel
Pros:

Gratis twee flessen water, ruime kamers. Het was schoon. Hotel zit op 5 min lopen van metrostation Cheongdam en bushalte ligt naast het hotel.

Cons:

Ontbijt kent wat beperkingen qua assortiment. Bijv geen beleg, alleen jam.

WORST STAY EVER. UNPROFESSIONAL UNFRIENDLY MANAGEMENT, NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY.
Pros:

Location is good, next to Cheongdam subway station. Apparently this is the only good thing about the hotel

Cons:

Unprofessional staff, the most unfriendly and unprofessional hospitality.
Staff manager literally argued with me and rest other customers when we called out his bad and rude tone. When we all escalated and wanted to speak to the higher person, the other staff teamed up and instead acknowledging, rather tried to just change the topic.

The room is very small comparable to prices you pay. The room doesn’t even have any mirror, except the one in the bathroom .
The lifts can be accessible by anyone (No safety).
The cleaning/housekeeping staff is nice.

But overall, is it worth the money for the humiliation, unfriendliness and unprofessional hospitality, and just a normal room for this price : BIG NO..
You can get better hotels in reasonable price in same location. Looks for location around Gangnam Cheongdam. Plenty of amazing hotel options.

P.S: on the first booking I asked them for refund as I was so unhappy and was ready to move into another hotel; but they denied me the refund.So I had to stay for 5 days.
I extended my stay in Seoul and is solo female traveller , had quite luggage; I extended my stay in same hotel. Not because I liked it, but because it was hustle for me alone to carry all my luggage and move to another hotel.

It was good.
Pros:

We didn't had breakfast. However, the hotel rooms were good. they were very old classic style rooms but sufficient for ones needs.

Cons:

They don't provide Coffee making stuff in the room. Just some tea bags. But we managed.

Bathroom was decent big with bath tub, with features loaded toilet seat.

Cons:

Way to less facility. At sucha bonger price you should have at least a smart tv with at least screen mirroring option. Forget about ott platform. Just 2 small water bottles / day complimentary. Really? I stayed in another hotel in Busan which was equally same prime location. Which offered 8 bottles / day fully smart tv all. Toiletries free. 2 big beds all all at 2.4x Lesser then riviera's price.

Pros:

周遭環境舒適，若要搭乘地鐵需步行。搭公車更方便。免費網路使用方便，插座選擇多。床很好睡。

とてもよかった！
Pros:

4/4〜7の滞在で1人あたり3万円とかなりお得でした。立地は、明洞や東大門からは遠いですがバス停がすぐそこにありましたし、COEXやアックジョンまでは徒歩で行けて、EDIAコーヒーやパリバケットも歩いて5分程度なのが良かったです。

アメニティの質もよかったです。石鹸、クレンジング、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、ボディローション全ていい匂いでした（シャンプーとリンスは1階でセットで売っていたのでお土産に買いました）。そのほかシャンプーキャップ、コーム、綿棒、サニタリーバッグが鏡を開けたところに入っていました。

タオルと食器類は毎日替えてくれます。水も1泊あたり1人1本までサービスです。

日本規格のコンセントがあります。

テレビではNHKを見ることができます。韓国の番組も豊富で、私たちはアニメチャンネルで韓国語のコナンを観ました。

Cons:

歯ブラシは有料のため（ソウル市内はどこもそうですが）、持っていくと良いです。
若干の古さはありますが清潔に掃除されているので許容範囲です。

I wished they had a Type F adapter for US flat-pin by the TV and by the bed because I have only had a US flat pin charger cable for my electronics.
