Személyzet kedves és segítőkész! :) A helyet biztonságosnak éreztük, jól felszerelt. A szobák ablakai hangszigeteltek, így a nagy forgalom ellenére is tökéletesen lehetett pihenni. Tágas, tiszta szobánk volt nagy fürdővel, hűtővel, mikróval. A reggeli egyszerű, amíg ott voltunk nem igazán változott a menü, de szerintem mindenki talál ízlésének megfelelő ételt. A reggelin kívül még bármikor fogyasztható ingyen kávé, tea és forrócsoki is. 5 perc sétára a szállástól rengeteg bolt/vásárlási lehetőség van, illetve tömegközlekedéssel New York belvárosa is nagyon könnyen megközelíthető. kb 12-15 perc séta az ún. PATH, ami több helyre is be visz.

The hotel was very clean. Everyone in the staff especially Roxanne were extremely nice, The room was also extremely spacious. I truly enjoyed my stay,

Ottima sistemazione per visitare New York
Pros:

Soggiorno a New York di 10 giorni, prenotate 2 camere. Struttura a circa 40 minuti dal centro di New York, di cui 15 o 20 a piedi, a seconda della stazione. Nei pressi ristoranti, fast-food e centri commerciali. Biglietto della PATH da pagare a parte rispetto la metro di New York. Camere molto spaziose e pulite. Bagno grande, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e phon disponibili. Colazione molto buona, fornita sia di dolce che di salato, con possibilità di portar via un frutto o un dolcetto per la mattinata..... Unica accortezza, scendete prima delle 7.30, poi diventa un caos!!! Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Acqua a disposizione per il refill della borraccia sia durante la colazione che presso la palestra. All'arrivo Fatou alla reception ci ha visto stanchi e ci ha offerto una Coca-Cola fresca, troppo carina!!! Rapporto qualità/prezzo altissimo. A mio parere un'ottima opzione per visitare New York spendendo un po' meno ed avendo la colazione, che comunque ha il suo impatto sul budget. Assolutamente consigliatissimo!!!

Cons:

A volte non vengono sostituiti tutti gli asciugamani, ma basta richiederli alla reception e vi vengono immediatamente portati in camera. I posti a sedere per la colazione sono pochi rispetto il numero di ospiti, basta comunque scendere prima della 7.30. Se viaggiate con il freddo o con i bambini piccoli valutate i 15-20 minuti di distanza dalla stazione della PATH

Blisko do stacji path, zawsze coś do wyboru na śniadanie, pomocne osoby na recepcji, dostęp do kawy i herbaty całą dobę, dostępność kosmetyków i przyborów toaletowych

Popracowałabym nad czystościa, pokoje niby były sprzątane codziennie, ale ręczniki czasem były wymienione a czasem nie, w łazience blaty nie były przecierane wcale, nie został też uzupełniony żel pod prysznic czy szampon, mało miejsca na śniadaniu
