Pros:

Conveniently between Hoboken and Newport Mall. If you have a car no problem parking and finding gas. The breakfast was actually good (had to try as so many gave it positive reviews!)
Very clean room, comfortable bed! Wish I stood longer! First time stay here and won't be the last!

Cons:

Reservé dos habitaciones para 5 personas y cuando me registré me avisaron que solo tenían disponible una habitación. No me quedó otra que tomar la habitación y dormir en un sofá cama desastrozo, con una colchoneta de 5 centímetros de espesor.
Me cobraron lo mismo. No me descontaron nada. A modo de "gentileza" nos dieron unas botellas de agua mineral.

Un hotel bien atendido cerca de Nueva York
Pros:

La atención del personal. Hubo unos detalles que tuvimos con la habitación asignada, los cuales notificamos a la recepción y nos respondieron muy bien. Sentimos que al personal del hotel le importan sus huéspedes. Algo que valoramos mucho, sobre todo en área metropolitana tan ajetreada como la de N.Y.-N.J. Los desayunos estuvieron muy buenos y variados. A menos de 10 minutos caminando están las estaciones Path de Newport y de tren de Hoboken, el Newport Centre y el Hudson Waterfront Walkway que brinda vistas espectaculares de Manhattan al otro lado del río Hudson.

Cons:

A veces algunos huéspedes no hacen buen uso de las habitaciones. Es importante que detecten sus daños causados y los corrijan mas temprano para que los próximos no los evidencien y se lleven una imagen negativa e injusta del hotel. Mi recomendación es hablar con el personal a tiempo y ellos sabrán resolver.

Put me in a room right next to Ice Machine. Kept me up all night. Free breakfast ended at 9:30am, too early. Surrounding neighborhood dirty, loud and unsafe.

Pros:

The breakfast was good! The beds were better than most hotels I've stayed in.

Cons:

Parking was not good... we were lucky enough to get a spot in the garage but there is only about a dozen. The location is rough but guess that's the city. Jersey City is extremely dirty.

Pros:

Breakfast offering is nice , however it needs to have different choice everyday. For 5 days we stayed they are offering the same every day.

Cons:

Give a map from the train station goin to the hotel. We get lost since we dont have uber app yet.
