Pros:

Breakfast offering is nice , however it needs to have different choice everyday. For 5 days we stayed they are offering the same every day.

Cons:

Give a map from the train station goin to the hotel. We get lost since we dont have uber app yet.

La habitación no estaba aclimatada, no fue posible calentarla con el calefactor. No se me informó que cobraría 40 dólares e impuestos no descritos en booking cuanto hice la reserva. El precio fue muy caro.

We had a great visit here. Terrific location, parking, cleanliness, and wonderful staff!
Pros:

The parking was a plus and the valets were so nice. Roxanna’s texts to ask about the visit were helpful. The room was very big and clean. Liked having the refrigerator. Free breakfast was a plus, as well.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great.

Wonderful Experience – Great Location and Supportive Staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, and supportive . The location is excellent—situated in New Jersey right next to New York, making it very convenient for sightseeing and commuting.

The nearest train station is Newport (Jersey City, NJ), about a 10-minute walk for adults and around 15 minutes with kids. From there, it’s just a 10-minute train ride to the World Trade Center and New York City. There’s also another station, Grove Street, about a 20–25 minute walk.

The area around the hotel is quite convenient with plenty of stores nearby, including Target, ACME, Best Buy, and Papa John’s.

Breakfast was good, though options were somewhat limited. However, it was more than enough to fill you up until the evening. They offered eggs, omelettes, sausages, juices, fruit yogurts, cereals, fresh fruits, and all-day coffee.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It had an additional pull-out bed under the sofa, which made it easy for our family of five to sleep comfortably.
Great value for money to visit New York.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting the New York/New Jersey area!
