Good location if you use public transport. But the hotel was right next to a busy street so if your windows are facing the street you have to keep the curtains closed (we were on the street level).
Comfortable bed&pillows, spacious room and especially the bathroom
The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. It would win in my eyes if they’d change that.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hermosa! Even though the hotel isn't located in the most central area, everything you need is nearby, including restaurants, cafes, and shops. The beach is just a 15–20 minute walk away, which is very convenient.
The lobby and outdoor terrace are lovely and cozy, and the pool is great too! Overall, the hotel has a really nice and relaxing atmosphere.
The only minor downside was the parking fee, which we felt could be a little lower. Other than that, we had no complaints and really enjoyed our stay!

Pool location was poorly marked making it very hard to find. Rooms were very loud. Pool tables in the outdoor common area were slanted, making it nearly impossible to play pool. Pool cues were very old and the property only had two to offer (one adult size and one kid size). Pool balls were very worn, some balls were hard to distinguish if they were stripes or solids.
The jacuzzi was nice and open late. The rooms really nice.
The Aircondition leeks to the balcony, and the floor in the balcony always wet.

The manger said he would give us a discount for waiting for our room and never did!! Very annoying! He also said he would he would give us a bottle of wine for my Birthday and never that as well!!
My first experience was the receptionist, she was young girl and very sweet and nice. This set the whole vibe and my expectations of the place. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Loved it. Even the other people staying here were very nice and friendly. I came and relaxed while my daughter enjoyed her concert in Inglewood. I swam in the heated pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. Also had a hot tub in my room and that was very nice and relaxing. Most definitely recommend staying here. My daughter and I loved it and we would love to stay here again. The bed was super comfy. I also loved the safe on site underground parking, very convenient when going in an out plenty of parking. Many places to eat near by.

Deux bouteilles d'eau sont posées dans la chambre à 5 $ chacune. Une bouteille offerte à l'arrivée aurait été sympathique.
Dans le hall de la réception, pas de café en libre service, pas de carafe d'eau. Ce que j'ai vraiment déploré c'est le fait que l'hotel n'ait pas de monnaie pour permettre aux clients de faire des machines lorsqu'ils ont du linge à laver. J'ai demandé maintes fois de la monnaie mais je n'ai pas obtenu gain de cause. Il a fallu me débrouiller. Il n'a pas de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. Pour ce qui est de l'accueil, aucun plan n'est remis sur les environs. Assez particulier.

I asked for a disabled room and the only thing that was ADA compliant were the grab bars in the bathroom. There was no room for me to maneuver my scooter around the room and there was no walk-in shower. Many disabled people cannot safely climb in and out of tubs with or without grab bars.
Very friendly service, clean, not far from the beach, some good shops near.
