Excellente service!!
Pros:

Excellente service!! Kamer werd zonder gedoe, direct geruild omdat de airco niet helemaal goed werkte. Kamer daarna had een geweldige airco. De Plaats Portugalete is niet heel bijzonder, maar metro is dichtbij en met 15 min zit je in de binnenstad van Bilbao. Ideaal voor mensen die wel de stad willen bezoeken maar niet verblijven. Fijne en veilige parkeergarage. Hele goede bedden.

Pros:

Megagute Lage, direkt an der Brücke, sehr schöne Promenade. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Terrasse ein Traum. Wir haben die Tiefgarage genutzt und waren damit zufrieden. Der Herr an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles, besonderes Hotel. Super Lage! Mit der u- Bahn ist man in ca25 min in mitten von Bilbao. Exzellentes Frühstück.
Hat eine eigene Tiefgarage.

Hotel in schöner Lage am Fluss
Pros:

Der dunkelblonde Herr mit der Brille war äußerst hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim anderen Personal bleibt deutlich Luft nach h oben.
Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf die Brücke und den Fluss ist sehr schön.
Die Matratzen sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer fehlt eine Toilettenbürste.
Das Restaurant ist mittelmäßig.

Mooi gelegen hotel
Pros:

het hotel ligt aan de kade bijna naast de beroemde brug. Het hotel ziet er van buiten mooi uit. Op de kamer staat een Krups apparaat waarmee je koffie kunt maken en er staat ook een flesje water. Zachte grote handdoeken in de badkamer.

Cons:

de kamer was erg klein en er was weinig waterdruk in de douche. Maar verder helemaal niets op aan te merken.

Stayed in this hotel 5 years ago , and enjoyed our stay then , sadly on our return this week standard s have dropped

Good location , Historic buildings on the river near port, , great views from room over the river n Bridge , underground car parking , good hotel for Ferry port

Cons:

Faculty s in room were basic, thought bathrooms could do we a refresh , one particular female bar staff was unfriendly ,menu s need more variety especially breakfast to appeal to the wider public
