The only thing this hotel has going for it was cleanliness. There is no full breakfast, just cereal, yogurt and toast. The first room we were given had open bags of food, deck of cards and room keys in it, the second room, the furnace motor was squealing and you had to turn it off, and the shower wouldn't run but a trickle. It is no longer a Best Western, although they are using up Best Western cups, etc., Very pricey for the quality And what you receive.
My husband, me and my dog spent the night of November 2, 2025 in a "so called" pet friendly suite. This hotel is disgustingly filthy. The grass area in front of our room was covered in dog feces. I picked up at least 20 piles of dog feces so our dog could lie down once we arrived. The hallway in front of our room was covered in fallen and windblown leaves. The trash containers overflowed with garbage. The sofa in our "suite" was filthy. The front desk personnel at first could not find my room reservation. I was livid. Then the 2 key cards given to me were faulty. One of the 2 did not work at all. Even after I returned to the front desk to have the front desk person re-key it. This hotel should be razed to the ground. Best Western should be ashamed of itself. I want a total refund. I picked up dog feces, for goodness sakes. Is this what a paying guest should have to do?
The general manager was very kind and helpful
The room was dirty and old. According to Booking’s photos the room floor is rugged and our room was PVC parquet (it was relevant because of our baby).
The Wifi was slow and disconnecting.
When we arrived the front desk told us they didn’t have baby crib (however we got confirmation about it in Booking) and our baby go to sleep on the floor, we contact them via Booking messages and at night the general manager came and gave us a crib.
In generale buona struttura
La colazione offriva solo due soluzioni per la colazione americana, tutti i giorni
Tutto eccellente.

Good breakfast some staff very friendly
No housekeeping in multiple day stays, it has to be requested?:(
Emplacement.
A lot of room. Very good breakfast
Not enough parking. Small spaces
Location is closed to Mesa Verde
Room was in disrepair
Breakfasts were late 2 out of 3 morning during our stay.
We couldn’t wait for the breakfasts due to train schedules and trip activities.
A good experience in deed.
Noisy motorcycles in parking lot.
Room was spacious, swelling pointed and very comfortable. Location was great. We would’ve been able to walk everywhere if it hadn’t been cold and rainy lots of restaurants close by breakfast was delicious. Great place for one night stop over.
Every ok breakfast good but frig was noisy
The room was spacious. The breakfast was good.
Had to tote all our luggage up outdoor stairs to our second floor room.
After checking in, we went to our room and found someone had been using the bed. Also bathroom toiletries had been used and towels were left on the beds. This hotel is old and is in desperate need of repairs and upgrades. The carpet is dirty and there's an unpleasant odor in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We immediately checked out and found a better hotel.
When we arrived we got a standard room. People were hanging outside on the second floor & being loud. The room was good but the TV was broke. The sweet & lovely lady at the desk said they were booked for another standard room but gave us a suite. Everything was great, clean & spacious. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds and pillows comfy. Breakfast was hot & cold items. Hot items were eggs, potatoes, sausage and one morning there were biscuits & gravy. Good coffee. Cereals, doughnuts, waffles & fruits. The grounds were nice & grassy and nice areas for our small dog. The housekeeping ladies are nice & helpful. We enjoyed our time here and will be back when we’re in the area.
The overall condition of the room seemed very poor -- like it has not been remodeled since the late 90s. The door would not lock properly, so one of us had to stay in the room at all times. There were flies and moths in the room due to a left open bathroom windows without a proper insects net. I had to kill them before we went to sleep. The sheets were with questionable cleanliness, discolored and I reluctantly slept in them, because I had no choice. Not the greatest experience with a very expensive for the quality price tag. Never again.
The room was very nice but we were missing towels facecloths and toilet paper. There was no soap or shampoo. The toilet is about 13 inches high. It could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Luckily a grocery store was across the street where we were able to stock up on supplies.
While walking our dog we discovered a laundry room. We did not use it, but it might be helpful for others.
Breakfast is listed as Continental so we are not sure about it as we plan on leaving early.
There is a nice area to walk pets.
Parking was limited. Very glad we did not arrive late. Those pulling a trailer could have trouble parking.
