Hotel El Mirador by Balderrama Hotel Collection

Wonderful location and views. The property is old and tired in need of repairs and maintenance. No hot water and bathroom toileteries. Food was very mediocre and limited menu for diner, although the breakfast was ok.

The staff sent a van to pick us up, rescue us
The following day, the driver drove us to the site where we left the car in order to meet the tow truck; then they took us back to the hotel no charge

terrible, por lo que cobran uno espera otra cosa, para empezar me toco un dia lluvioso y el lobby y el restaurante se gotean por todos lados no solo una gotera,que pena , que imagen dan a los extranjeros que son la gran mayoria , la camioneta que te lleva al edificio que te toque tu habitacion tambien se gotea, el lobby del otro edificio tambien se gotea , en serio no me gusta dar malas resenas pero aqui ni como ayudarles,
la habitacion parece de un hotel de 1 estrella , la comida en restaurante no es ala carta sino lo que hay comes,y te sientan en la mesa con mas personas,
el colmo te cobran 50 pesos por acceso a internet por persona,
en general muy mala experiencia ,no recomiendo este hotel , si te gusta por las vistas ve y tomate un drink en el lobby lleva impermiable por si esta lloviendo y vete a otro lado a hospedarte.
en el parque donde esta el teleferico puedes comer mucho mejor y tienes las mismas vistas.

repito que mala impresion dan a todos los que llegamos ahi y sobre todo a tanto extranjero ,no estan al nivel del chepe , hechan a perder la experiencia de tan bonito tren y paisajes.

Tiene una excelente vista como ningún otro hotel

El desayuno horrible, x 7k la noche. Uno espera algo almenos descente. El cocinero no es habil. No se las demas comidas.. las tardes con vista y vino lo mejor.

It is a nice property from which you can admire barrancas de cobre from your room and they offer tours, bar and restaurant which is convenient. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with a waiter (Victor) who was very unprofessional and made our stayed sour and unpleasant. You can tell this guy is a bully and homophonic, even I left a note on my bill stating who disrespectful he was by his comments, I tried to talk to the manager but was not on site, just got a hold from the waiters captain and he even admitted they have behavior problems with this person. Which it irritated me more by the fact he is still out there in this industry bullying customers and being disrespectful when his only job is to deliver a customer service. I don’t do this to get attention, I am doing this in behalf future customers. Since it will be very unlike for me to return to this place. The rest of the crew was fantastic the tour guys are awesome Leo and Uri.

Prepare to eat at the times the hotel has established and the menu is chosen by the hotel. Other than that is ok

Lugar maravilhoso wi-fi poderia ser cortesia já que a diária é um pouco cara!! Mas vale cada centavo pela vista....

Lo mejor del hotel es la vista espectacular que tienen, sin embargo no compensa con que son muy poco amables, no se adaptan a las necesidades del huesped. La comida es de muy mala calidad y ofrecen pocas opciones, el desayuno frío (incluyendo el café). En general mala experiencia. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Precioso lugar con esa vista espectacular, me hizo sentir con mucha paz y tranquilidad.
Me encantó que la hospitalidad inició desde que fueron por nosotros a la estación del Tren Divisadero para llevarnos al hotel, el Chofer súper atento y amable.
La experiencia en el Restaurante me activó todos los sentidos, el sabor de los alimentos es delicioso (felicitaciones al Chef y su equipo) me hubiera gustado conocerlo para agradecerle personalmente.
Los meseros super atentos igualmente, son una joya!

El hotel es muy elevando en precio por lo que ofrece, los servicios de bar y alimentos dejan de servirse súper temprano, no dan opciones después 930-10 pm… no hay nada que hacer en la propiedad y está muy alejada del pueblo para salir a caminar, muchos perritos deambulando afuera en estacionamiento de la propiedad. Ni para ver televisión porque no sirve el volumen del la habitación que nos tocó, no tenían el registro de mi reservación, venden cada clave de internet y no sirve en las habitaciones solo en los pasillos… la experiencia cero satisfactoria…

This place couldn't be more stunning than it is. The views are absolutely magnificent. The staff is very pleasant. We stayed longer because it was so nice.

The prices for dinner- they serve family style- is not worth the price. I found a piece of metal in my soup and another ocasión, they ran out of the menu item and we were given chicken instead of steak.

The transportation from the hotel to the various sites, such as the “parque “ was expensive for a 6 minute drive. I won’t return under this conditions.

I liked the view from my room. I enjoyed the morning sunrise. The food was delicious and the staff was kind and attentive. I will return again.

Spectacular views and very friendly staff. Only down side was, it was raining and the roof was leaking in multiple common areas of the hotel.

Views from the room are fantastic. Dining area and the common terrace are excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are in poor condition.
