Rent och snyggt hotell perfekt beläget på stranden i Santo Tomas.
Pros:

Perfekt läge direkt på stranden i Santo Tomas. Bra frukost. Tyst och lugnt då vi bodde i de intilliggande bungalowerna.

Cons:

Sängen lite hård. Slamrigt och stökigt vid buffémiddagen.

Fronte Mare in un'isola meravigliosa
Pros:

Ottima posizione, fronte mare, senza attraversamenti di strade per raggiungere la spiaggia. Stanza di dimensioni adeguate, ma il balconcino è davvero minuscolo e a fatica si riusciva a stendere la roba da mare. Personale cortese ed efficiente. Dietro cauzione sono forniti i teli mare, pagando 1 euro a volta si può ottenere il cambio.

Cons:

Cibo: tanta scelta ma qualità non molto soddisfacente, pietanze mai calde e spesso scotte e troppo asciutte. Rispetto alle tante strutture in cui in passato abbiamo usufruito di analoghi buffet internazionali, questo è stato il meno valido

You can choose much better hotel for same price!!!

The smell in the room from the disinfectant coming from the air conditioning was terrible — even after 7 days of staying there, the room stank the whole time. In no other all-inclusive hotel have I experienced such bad alcoholic drinks-completely watered down, cocktails that are basically just juice, a total scam. I do not recommend this hotel. The gym is so small that 3 people can barely fit inside, the door is left open instead of air-conditioning the room, so of course it’s impossible to work out when it’s 40°C inside. Very cheap hotel, everything is cheap, guests in allinclusive doesnt even deserve clean beach towels every day, you have to pay extra if you want to have clean every day. Not even Safe - also not included in the all-inclusive package and costs almost €40 - for a safe with a key, instead of a code as would be expected in the year 2025.

Lokasyon beach swimming pool animation lady

Cons:

Air-conditioning, house keeping cleaning, after warning they only put the new towels not clean the room, breakfast was good but lunch and dinner was not good for an all inclusive option, shows can be improved

Pros:

Very nice located, a minute away from a clean and shallow beach.

Staff was friendly and attentive which made the experience better.

Rooms were on the smaller side but clean and bright.

Location 10 (20 seconds to the beach, easy to reach other main attractions of the island)
Cleanliness 10 (room extremely cleaned and nice smell around the entire building)
Check out time 10 (options for late checkout too)
Staff 10 (room keepers/waiters/receptionists very friendly and smiling)
Services 10 (car / moped rental through the hotel, easy and fast)

My holiday was perfect.

Cons:

Small thing, it would be great to include bed side lamps in the room.

Pros:

Rooms nice and what facilities there were good
.nightly entertainment generally good. Beach 5 mins away and very nice access from back of hotel so easy access.

Cons:

Lots of rules and regulations. The local area wasn't as described. No nice walks or nightlife in vicinity. Food awful. View from my balcony in photos. Could only see solar panels. Wasn't shown to my room or helped with luggage on arrival
