Pros:

La proximité de la plage, l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Cons:

On a eu une chambre avec vue sur des panneaux solaires au dessus des cuisines et une chambre sale, au vu du prix payé c'est pas possible !

Trop cher pour un hôtel de qualité médiocre

La proximité avec la plage, belle piscine. L’arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel.
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Chambres: Frigo non opérationnelle. Pas de liseuse. Que les gros néons.
Un distributeur de savon très vieux. Pas de crème, cotons, cotons tige
Resto: cuisine de très mauvaise qualité. Il faudrait privilégier la qualité à la quantité.
Les œufs brouillés ne sont pas vraiment des œufs mais une pâte sans goûts, dégoûtant. J’avais jamais vu ça, le bacon n’avait rien de bacon non plus c’était un bout de plastique blanc et bizarre. Tout était mauvais. Je languissais de rentrer chez moi pour manger un vrai repas.
La piscine: inadmissible d’accepter que les vieux viennent mettre leur serviette à 6h et demi du matin pour venir y poser leurs fesses qu’en fin d’après-midi. Il est de la responsabilité de l’hôtel d’interdire cela. C’est très égoïste, nous avons tous payé très cher et nous pourrions tous avoir un transat si les gens ne faisait pas ça.
Hôtel très très cher pour ce que c’est. Il y a moyen de trouver une qualité de service bien supérieure pour ce prix là. Surtout à San tomas où il y a rien à proximité.

El hotel esta muy bien situado en una zona muy tranquila, lasinstalaciones y el servicio del.personal 10/10.

Cons:

Antes de las 6 de la mañana ya se estan ocupando las hamacas, no me parece muy normal, deberían regularlo de algún modo.

Materassi a molle che si sentono molto sulla schiena, camera poco insonorizzata, anche a causa della poca educazione dei clienti che sbattono le porte e urlano a tutte le ore.Andrebbero richiamati! Le luci della camera dietro al letto sono fortissime, forse è di moda così

Közel a tengerpart.
Pros:

A tenger közelsége. Az animátor kedvesege. A takarítónő, és a szakácsok figyelmessege..

Cons:

A medencék melletti bárban, csak 3 asztal volt ami árnyékot adott, és 35 fokban is ott kellett ülni a napon, hogy a rendelt ételt elfogyaszthassuk.
