En la reserva tenía derecho a traslado desde el aeropuerto al alojamiento estaba todo especificado en horario, número de ocupantes requisito de asiento infantil número de llegada de vuelo, pues el taxi apareció por la mañana y nosotros llegamos por la tarde de adelantó 12h.así que cuando llegamos tuvimos que coger otro de forma particular y pagar el servicio!!!

Good stay for reasonable price.
Pros:

The apartment itself was very good. AC worker properly, everything stated in description was present. Moreover, there were pan and pot, what was very convenient because we cooked in the apartment. Cleaning services were also good. Totally recommended!

Cons:

The elevators sometimes didn’t work properly, but for me it wasn’t a big deal.

An sich eine tolle Anlage die aber sehr vernachlässigt wird was Sauberkeit und Hygiene angeht.. Schade!
Pros:

Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen die Deluxe Zimmer zu buchen - sind renoviert und wirklich schön

Cons:

Hotel ist wirklich groß und besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, es ist sehr weitläufig, wir waren mit kleinen Kindern da und waren froh ein Auto gehabt zu haben, da man je nachdem im welchen Gebäude man ist der Weg zum Essenssaal ein Stück ist..
es liegt sehr viel Müll rum, die Anlage wird wirklich vernachlässigt was ich sehr schade finde.. wir hatten frühstück dazu gebucht, waren 1x da, nachdem ich schimmelige Paprika auf dem Teller hatte, und es kein Hähnchen oder Rind gab und wir kein Schwein esssen haben wir uns im Supermarkt Brot und Aufschnitt gekauft und im Zimmer gefrühstückt! Zimmer hätte bei der Ankuft sauberer sein können..

Cons:

Cabina de duș e de sticla pe roti și cade am schimbat și alt număr și era aceiași problema:609 pe urma 420 și curgea apa pe podea.

Pros:

Big and safe area, nice with a small kitchen at the room

Cons:

Keys never worked. Had to get new ones almost every day. Could be more clean above lamps and places you don’t visit often.
Beds could be better, we woke up every time we had to move in the night.

Un hôtel à fuir : sale, mal entretenu et sans aucun sens du service.

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La qualité du service est inexistante et le personnel est peu accueillant, voire pas du tout bienveillant.

L’hôtel est très sale, tout comme la piscine, qui n’était pas entretenue. En une semaine, notre chambre n’a été nettoyée qu’une seule fois, ce qui est totalement inacceptable.

Enfin, la nourriture servie était de très mauvaise qualité, au point d’être parfois immangeable.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai pas.
