La única pega que puedo entre comillas poder aunque tiene fácil solución. Es que la comida no tenía sal . Pero en la misma mesa tienes sal y pimienta para que te hechos al gusto

We got a day pass for the Bellevue club and it was great food, snacks the lot it was great. Pools were really clean. However the Blue white and green water slides can be a bit painful when lying on your back due to the panels of the slide not being completely flush and the snack bar near the kids pool area the floor is polished marble and very easy to slip on even with shoes. Other than that it was great!

never again we checked rather late due to a later flight we go to are room and it was okay but the main bed was missing lats and a leg so when lifted are suitcase it fell through the bed someone could’ve been seriously injured we had to go all the way back to reception the gave us upgrade and the room was like the pictures staff wore Amazing but the hotel in general is super worn dawn certainly needs update the food was 0/10 the meat was pink my partner got extremely ill after eating the first night the food was horrible the mosquitos are the worst part I was covered head to toe in them dead bugs all over are the hotel wall blood from them been squished no one bothered to clean the rooms it seemed we had to move rooms again due circumstances and this was Diana black and there’s rubbish all around the complex rundown buildings shops and abandoned buildings any cars can come and go anyone can walk into the hotel groups and probably into the lobby’s off the different blocks so that’s a major security concern I didn’t see any security guards are towels wore dirty are kitchen had broke sharp steel poking out off the counter we had no lights in the bathroom due to light switch coming off in my hand as I was trying to turn it on the bathroom door was broke I got stuck in the bathroom the mirrors are cracked the walls are filthy so are the floors the beds seriously need a upgrade also my balcony door was damaged like it was kicked in we didn’t relize until we shut the balcony door and we couldn’t open it again as we wore on the first floor my partner how to jump down with are hotel key thank god we had it to let me back in what if we weren’t on the first floor the elevators wouldn’t even fit a small child the hotel is run down unsafe dirty abandoned the rooms look like the haven’t been cleaned definitely need some serious renovations WOULD NOT HERE NEVER AGAIN

"For €350 - 3 nights (€117~/night, middle of June) this was a total disappointment."
- No included breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, water, drink, coffe - or anything at all whatsoever.
- The room we stayed in smelled strongly of mold, and the AC in our room also smelled of mold. Additionally the AC had a maximum temperature of 24C, however both me and my partner were shivering in bed with it on, and both woke up feeling incredibly sick and dizzy which we both thought was because of the horrible AC (with it off we were sweating and unable to sleep so it wasn't an option).
- The fridge and AC were loud and buzzing at all times making it hard to sleep, the trash can under the sink smelled disgusting.
- The electrical outlets had very weak power and would charge our phones 20%/hour.
- Knocking on door each morning at between 9am-10am from the cleaning staff waking us up like an alarm, even on our first night when we had arrived at 4am, waking us up from deep needed sleep. (The cleaning staff was very nice and understanding each time and should not be faulted, this is a managemental-communicative error. No "Do not disturb" signs provided either...)
- A deposit of €7 for the TV remote... That couldn't be paid in the night... And it was never mentioned anywhere.
Conclusion: For over €100/night at the cheapest this hotel seems to suffer from a lack of investment and care for facilities/rooms, focusing more on making as much money as possible from tourists with no other options to stay; by offering an "experience" with their pools, shows and events for all ages.
If you are just looking for a nice bed and room; this isn't the place.
If you want to hang out at the hotel and pool all day; don't mind this review!
Plasseringa til hotellet var sentralt. Frokosten var ok
Møkkete, var sølvkre på romma. Første rommet vi ble tildelt var det sølvkre på vegger, i badekaret og taket. Og airconditionen funket ikke. Kom på natten og det var da over 30 grader inne på rommet. Gikk for å spørre om de kunne hjelpe oss med å få den til å funke eller bytte rom. Fikk beskjed at de ikke kunne gjøre noe før dagen etter. Så vi måtte da prøve å sove i den varmen.. dagen etter fikk nytt rom, det var like møkkete, og fant også sølvkre her, men i midre grad. vi mottok møkkete håndkler, sengetøyet virka møkkete og gulvene kan ikke ha blitt vasket. Vi følte vi ikke kunne få uten sko inne i leiligheten da alt var så møkkete. Rett og slett ukomfertabelt
